Inflatable kayak Navigator two person plus purchase
I recently bought my first inflatable kayak, and I have to admit, I was a bit worried at first. I did a lot of research and eventually settled on the Navigator two person plus, and I couldn't be happier with my choice. The kayak is really strong, simple to blow up and let down, and the backpack it comes with makes it easy to transport. The delivery was super quick too, which was a nice bonus. I'm really pleased with my purchase overall and would definitely suggest this kayak to anyone in search of a reliable and flexible inflatable kayak.
Purchased Woody 2.0 as a birthday gift
I ordered the Woody 2.0 as a last-minute birthday present and was worried it wouldn't arrive on time. I decided to contact customer service through the chat, and Paddy was quick to respond. He managed to speed up the order process, and I received the sup just in time for the birthday celebration.
The first time I took the sup out, it was a great success - easy to paddle and pack away. I can't wait to use it more throughout the summer. I have to give a big thumbs up to Wave SUPs for their excellent service.Woody SUP purchase
I bought the Woody SUP from this company recently and I have to say, I am really impressed. The website was so helpful, giving me all the info I needed as a beginner to pick the right board for me. The Woody SUP has been even better than I expected and I've had a great time using it. The delivery was speedy, and the board and accessories I got were top-notch. To top it off, I got a free quick release ankle leash with my purchase. I am really happy with my experience and would definitely recommend this company to others.

I received my paddle board really quickly, which was fantastic! The customer service was absolutely top-notch - Tom and Paddy were so helpful and answered all my questions really quickly. The board is seriously amazing, it has everything you could want and it's also eco-friendly with hardly any plastic in the packaging. I will definitely be returning for more items in the future!
New paddleboard purchase
I've just treated myself to a new paddleboard and I'm absolutely thrilled with it! The folks in the shop were ever so lovely and really helped me out. The whole ordering process was dead easy and the delivery came in a flash. I'm already looking forward to using it with my family when the weather perks up a bit. It's a right laugh and dead easy to use on the water.
Kayak purchase
I found the whole process really easy. The website was simple to use, with lots of photos and videos of the item. It was my first time buying something like this online, but I ordered it one day and it arrived the next. The product is top quality, it looks really good and feels nice and sturdy when I use it on the water. I just wish I had more free time to make the most of it.
Broken pump
I bought a SUP about a year ago, and the pump broke the first time I used it this summer. I decided to email customer service, and Tom got back to me pretty quickly. He sent me a replacement pump in no time at all. Can't fault their customer service - great job! Thanks a lot.
Failed communication and delivery
I decided to buy from Wave because of the good reviews, but it turned out to be a bad experience. I bought a product that was supposed to be in stock and paid for it, but it never arrived. When I contacted Wave Customer Support, they told me to track my order with a tracking number that didn't exist, and the communication was poor. They said they would upgrade my order for free as a gesture of goodwill, but then said the upgraded product was out of stock. Despite agreeing to deliver to my new address in Sweden, there has been no update on the delivery status since April. My emails have been ignored, and all I want now is either the upgraded product or a refund.
SUP Kayak purchase
I bought a SUP Kayak from this company not long ago and, unfortunately, I had some problems with it. Turns out, the kayak was really wobbly and didn't go straight in the water. When I wanted to send it back within the 30 days for faulty items, they said no because they didn't see the fault in the pictures I sent. It left me feeling annoyed and let down as a customer. Now I'm trying to get my credit card company to sort it out with a chargeback.

The quality of that SUP board is top-notch, just like the kayak I got from them before. I'm so pleased with it and definitely thinking about getting more stuff from them down the line.

Wave Tourer Purchase
I recently bought a lightweight and easy-to-handle stand-up paddle board for my daughter. The board arrived quickly and it looks great. But I had a problem with the pump popping out of the top twice, which was really annoying because it was tricky to put it back in place. I've never had this issue with any other board I've had in the past.
SUP board purchase
I recently bought a SUP board from this company and I've had a really disappointing experience. The order was meant to arrive in 3-4 weeks, but it's been far longer than that and the product still hasn't arrived. The company's communication has been really bad, hardly responding to emails and needing to make loads of phone calls, sometimes more than 10 in a row, just to get them to answer when they're open. And even when I do get through, the info about my order status has been wrong and confusing. Overall, I'm so frustrated with the poor customer service and inefficiency from this company.
Wave cruiser board
The board I bought was just right for me. The quality was even better than I expected and the price was pretty good compared to other options out there. The kit that came with it made setting up really easy, and I was soon out on the water. I'd definitely suggest this board to anyone looking for a paddleboard.
Stand-up Paddle Board (SUP)
Being a seasoned water sports enthusiast, I was really looking forward to testing out a new SUP board, so I decided to buy one from this company. The board itself is top-notch, made from strong materials that guarantee a smooth and steady ride on the water. The design is really nice too, with striking graphics that catch your eye against the waves. However, my excitement turned to disappointment when I unpacked the accessories that were meant to come with the board. The foot support and backrest weren't as reliable as I'd hoped, moving around a lot and needing constant adjustments. On top of that, the so-called "Premium-Quality Backpack" was just a basic backpack, not the sturdy carrying case I was expecting based on the product description. This was a bit of a letdown, especially since I was hoping for a secure case when I travel with my board on planes.
