This company is a complete scam. They say they're in the UK, but they obviously aren't. The stuff they sell is rubbish and doesn't work, and they don't mind fibbing about when things will arrive. It's pointless trying to send anything back to a made-up address in Poland. Don't fall for the phoney good reviews on their website, they're all false.

Central heating system review
The engineer who came round to have a look at our central heating system did quite well all in all. He found a leak and suggested that we use a sealant to sort it out, which was handy. The only drawback was that he didn't turn up on time as planned, but we were given a heads-up about the delay by the company. It would have been nice if they could have been on time, but at least they let us know about the delay.

Honestly, I'm really unhappy with this whole situation and I don't think I'll be buying from them again.

I recently got my hands on two pairs of the scrunch seamless leggings and honestly, I was proper gutted with how they turned out. After only a couple of weeks of wearing them regularly, both pairs ended up tearing at the seam where the scrunch bit is. Considering how much I forked out for them, I was really hoping for better quality and durability. I thought being gym leggings, they would be able to handle all the stretching and bending that comes with working out, but sadly, they just couldn't keep up.

Ski holiday at a chalet hotel
The team at the chalet hotel were absolutely fantastic, especially the manager who really made sure we had a great stay. Everything from the free transfer from Geneva to the lovely alpine vibe at the chalet hotel was spot on. Dan, the manager, even made the effort to light a fire in the evenings, which gave such a cosy and welcoming feel. The food was top-notch, and we loved the little extra treats like port and chocolates after dinner. The location in Morzine was beautiful, and the skiing in Avoriaz was amazing. We will definitely be coming back to the Philibert in the future.

Transaction App Technical Issues
The transaction app keeps asking for my ID verification over and over again, even though I've tried to enter it right each time. It's been really annoying and caused big delays in getting my transactions done. I've reached out to customer service for help, but all they told me to do was send an email with my ID. Unfortunately, I haven't heard anything back yet. Not being able to get my ID verified means I can't use the app properly, which makes it hard for me to help my family quickly when they need it. And it's a pain that they've stopped doing telephone transactions because sometimes I can't get to an agent in person.

Exroid treatment effectiveness
After trying different treatments on the NHS without success, like banding, I chose to give the Exroid treatment a go for my haemorrhoids. Since I'd already had surgery before, I was reluctant to go through that again. I'm happy to report that after 2 sessions of Exroid treatment, I've had very little pain and great results. I would definitely suggest this treatment over other choices.

Necklace and ring
I purchased a lovely necklace and ring from that store, but I must say, I've been quite let down by the quality. The necklace snapped the very first time I put it on, and although they gave me a replacement, that one ended up breaking as well. The same thing happened with the ring my husband bought me; it started falling apart after just a few wears. And then there's the opal ring - half of the stones fell out the second time I wore it. It feels like such a waste of money because these items should really hold up better for the price they're asking.

I recently bought something from Waitrose Cellar, and let me tell you, it was a nightmare! Right from the beginning to the end, it was a hassle. The website is so old-fashioned and awkward to use, I mean, it's really difficult to find what you want on there. The search option is useless - it can't even tell the difference between white and red wines, let alone various regions. And don't even mention trying to delete things from your cart - it's so frustrating. When I asked for help, all I was told to do was clear my cookies, like that would magically solve everything. It wasn't until later that they finally admitted there were problems with the website.

I was really impressed with the service I got from the driver when I was picked up from the hotel recently. Getting to the taxi was a bit tricky because of the restricted access, but the driver really went out of his way to help us. He stayed on the phone with us and even used his torch to show us the way. Photography Diploma
As an experienced amateur photography, I took the Photography Diploma course to see if there was something I could learn about more! Here are my thoughts of Shaw Academy and the course.
- Buying a membership is over-promoted. The end of every lesson is 10-15 minutes about purchasing one. Less time could be spent on it. Pop-ups show every single time when accessing the dashboard and the only way to close pop-up is a very small x
- Excessive amount of email, phone, and text reminders. Received multiple of the same emails and emails that should not have been sent (such as receiving a "You're late!" email when already in class)
- Audio sometimes had issues that could easily be fixed such as random and deafening sounds such as if the speaker touched the mic on accident. Sometimes the speaker was close and then far away from mic and audio levels kept varying
- Strict scheduling. You DO have the option to "Reschedule" your classes to take them all in a day, but if you don't do that, there is a very strict scheduling that I can't make it always make it to. Can't download videos
- Course designed for NEW photographers. Good information that was well-explained for new photographers, and good review for experienced photographersReview about: Shaw Academy

So far, I have enjoyed my first class. The whole process is okay and I will recommend Shaw academy anytime. I just feel the website can be more friendly and interactive.
