    Simple process. Horrid, horrid customer service afterwards. No morale compass.
    The process was easy. Finding a space was easy. The owner of the driveway was very quick to reply.

    This was all great - until one of us fell poorly. At this stage, JustPark's morale compass is shot to pieces. No heart at all in this company.

    A scenario for you. You book your parking several days in advance, to ensure a space. One of you comes over poorly, but your parking space cannot be refunded. You have to cancel it at least 14 days in advance to get a full refund. In what world do these people live?!

    When you get a cold or a cough, it builds up. Sometimes it goes, sometimes it worsens. You ask JustPark over and over again, please refund us, as we just cannot make it as one of us is really poorly. Just want to stay in bed.

    No - get a Doctors note to prove it. With Covid, people don't want to go to the Doctors, not with something like a Cold. But they insist.

    As a result of avoiding embarrassment, we drive 2.5hours+ to get from base to our location. We park. The person at the door allows one of us to use the facilities.

    One of those in the party comes over very funny, to almost collapsing. We just knew we shouldn't have come. They say "no I'll be ok..." and walk very slowly, and wobbly. Get to a bench and sit for 5 mins to decide what to do.

    She is in no fit state to go further. So we decide to pull the plug. We tell the owner that she is really not well, and hope that we can arrange a refund for this.

    JustPark are told by the owner that we were there, and that we returned very quickly after. We had booked for a full day, but returned just 5 minutes or so later, with very poor health.

    Just Park continue to have no morales or respect for its client, and refuse a refund. Literally zero morales, and no feeling for the customer.

    The owner of the house was fine. They tried their best. But Just Park have got no heart at all. Will we use them again.

    Setup is simple aftersales has ended up actually being distressing, demoralising, and with NO CARE whatsoever for the client.

    No heart whatsoever. Who cares if you are poorly. Who cares if you almost collapse. Who cares if you have to go to avoid losing your money, and then health just stops you in your tracks.

    Just Park do not care about the customer at all.
    The parking space owner has care. We thank them.

    Just Park - avoid. If there is any chance you might not be able to use your space, particularly if you are poorly - avoid at all costs.

    Even with evidence of the distance travelled,

    Avoid.

    I have been wanting a new pair of leather trousers for a while but getting decent mens leathers is not easy. So I took the bold step of buying some from Karen Millen, taking a chance on the fit as the length quoted was spot on. I am now the proud owner of 2 fantastic pairs of gorgeous leather trousers that I want to wear 24/7. One in black the other in navy. I am wearing the navy ones as I type and will be in them for the rest of the day weather permitting.
    Well done Karen Millen for helping me update my leather wardrobe. I will be buying some brown leathers soon but would love to see them (I bought curve size 22) in ta
    n, dark green and red. Delivery was 2 days early. I bought them at half price plus a further 15% reduction using the App.
    If your are considering buying some leather trousers then you must try these. Butter soft lamb leather that you will adore. Excellent stitching and a quality zip. There is even leather inside the pockets. Dont hesitate.

    Positives great prices but obviously a reason for this. Extremely poor service and delivery, or lack of delivery now 2 weeks later and still waiting. Called the number and response not what I wanted to hear. Would I order again depends if I get my current order!

    DO NOT BUY AN IPHONE FROM ONBUY

    My Iphone has stopped working in the warranty period. The seller Digi-E via OnBuy has gone out of business. OnBuy do not answer emails and do not have a telephone number.
    It turns out my Apple iphone is an American model, so cannot be repaired by Apple in the UK. Apple USA can’t repair it because the iphone is in the UK. That’s ok until your iphone just dies overnight (a known problem with the Iphone XR), then you’re well and truly screwed.
    Apple USA sold this phone to AT&T, who then sold it on to Digi-E, who I bought my Iphone from via OnBuy. So, basically I have no phone and I’m £589 worse off 10 months later.
    OnBuy might be a wanna be Amazon, but they are in no way remotely that professional. OnBuy have no phone number, do not respond to emails and generally have a ‘do not care attitude’ over Facebook messages, the only way I could get any form of communication.
    11 days have gone by and I’m told to wait for Digi-E to contact me because ‘they must be busy with lockdown orders!’ Their emails bounce and their website is down, so I can’t even get hold of them.
    PLEASE BEWARE BEFORE BUYING FROM ONBUY OR DIGI-E

    Not really OnBuys fault i it, would have been the same if you bought it odd ebay and passed the 30 day period

    I ordered a digital timer for use int kitchen on 26 January 2021. The process was easy. I received an immediate confirmation from the supplier. This was followed the next day to advise the parcel was ready for despatch and was delivered on the 29 January. It arrived in good condition. I have used Onbuy.com before and found them efficient and the suppliers I have used efficient.

    Always pay by paypal, at least if you have a problem you can claim back via them. Ive got an issue with a dash cam (£179.99) & seller is ignoring me so Ive had to raise it via paypal which is a lengthy process. Shop next time for me for anything of this nature but dog chews etc had no problem

    Does not sound any worse then Amazon after the 30days period and no different to Amazon where if you buy, knowldgely or not, from 'Market place' where amazon point out they're not actually the seller, and that is who you have to deal with. As usual caveat emptor, Did you check out 'Digi-E' before purchase?
    If you paid via a credit card you may have recourse from there.
    As has been suggested elsewhere it would be a good Idea to check with citizens advice / trading standards, also worth getting in touch with Apple on the basis they're a 'Global' company and should honour their products without boundaries, although manufactures frequently palm of responsibilities for their products via sub companies/franchises/resellers etc (a global poor practice) but the choice of where to buy from is of course within your choice :-(

    Onbuy may not be legally responsible under the sale of goods act, but they do have a moral responsibility (and business imperative) to vet the traders they allow to use their marketplace. I have a pair of scrap Apple ipods that were sold fraudulently as new - the seller has gone out of business and OnBuy don't want to know. I don't trust the traders on their marketplace, and will never use them again. Be very wary!!!

    Found 5L s on OnBuy at a great/best price, from Cox Motors. The purchase was straight forward with confirmations from both OnBuy and Cox, all arrived promptly and well packed.
    Based on this positive experience I see no reasons not to use again, and will check them for items in the future.

    Beware of the SCAMMERS using the Fonehouse name!

    I can't fault anything about Fonehouse, I have never dealt with them and I am sure they are great.

    But there are call centers claiming to be Fonehouse, calling themselves fonehousegroup. I have just caught them out now, I knew this was dodgy from the very beginning but still went through with this to see how far they take it. So this is the SCAM, they take your card details, they promise you something but you get something else, once you receive this, they say it was a mistake and make you send this back to one of their addresses, once you send it, you are doomed.

    These were the flags I saw from miles away, but continued so I can share the knowledge with you.
    - Got them to send an email to me, email was bogus from the very start
    - Always check the company details/address, they address the SCAMMERS gave was the same as Fonehouse, I called them and they told me it was a SCAM
    - Never give out your bank details if you suspect anything, although I did give them a bank I don't use much
    - When the wrong product came, I knew something was up, they said it was sent by mistake, more red flags!
    - Do not send the product back, always check where you are sending the product back, I google map checked and street view checked, it was a house, not a store/factory
    - Confront the SCAMMERS, tell them about all these red flags, I did this, they tried soo hard to convince me and then hang up
    - Call the network provider and report fraud, cancel the contract, get them to give you an address you can send it back so you don't get charged

    I think i also received a call from these today, im asking for the email because I am generally intrigued.
    I feel sorry for the 'not so tech savvy' people who actually fall for this.

    I have also received many calls. Initially they said they were from fonehouse. In another call they said we are now from mobile.co.uk. They are switching all the time.
    I asked them a couple of times to call me in an hour it was always a different person calling me pretending that was the previous one.
    Ask them for something crazy like unlimited calls, texts, data and international calls. They will say yes to everything in order to convince you to proceed with the application and give your details.
    What I did I asked them to send me an email with the offer they were offering. I gave an old email I had. And the email I received was a proper scam email from an address mobilesco.uk@yandex.com

    Hi, thanks for this! It’s too bad I saw it late, exactly the same happened to me - only that I sent the phone back and paid £8 for postage as they harassed me so many phone calls! Although, I noticed it was scam from the very beginning but I went along anyway! However, the following day even before receiving the phone, I immediately cancelled the order (I rang my bank to tell them) and the bank cancelled and refunded the upfront payment of £30 that they had tried to take! Luckily it was still “pending” so it hadn’t left my account. Just one question though, the contract wasn’t actually set up, they only managed to get my acc / card details which I cancelled immediately. Would a contract still be under my name? Although, my bank has blocked this payments so future payments can’t be taken anyway. I will have to call 02 and fone house to report these people! Crazy how people try scamming others during these difficult times!

    Yeah they got me. Had to phone all the cellular companies to find out who the contract is with, turns out its with Vodafone. Its been raised to their fraud team. I don't know how they created a new contract without a search appearing on my credit file. They also attempted to charge payg fees to my bank account, luckily the bank blocked most and have refunded the one that did go through. And a KFC meal in Pakistan! Got a new bank card obvs. Feel so stupid!

    They called me a couple of weeks back giving me the spill of upgrading my phone at a ridiculously low price, when I explained I was still locked in contract they'd even pay the early termination costs!!! I gave him the benefit of the doubt and he emailed over an 'official' quote confirming the deal, however emailed Fonehouse to ask if this is genuine and what appeared to be a generic response ( must be a lot of enquiries about this) and confirmed it is a scam.
    Still, they kept calling but I ignored them until the other day when I said I wasn't interested and he got the right hump as I could have told him earlier!!
    I totally understand how people get lured in, these scammers have an answer to everything which only makes you feel confident in their intention. Some things are too good to be true!!!!

    Negative review.
    I had the most unprofessional experience with Transferwise. I arranged a transfer of funds from my USD account to my GBP account. At the time of setting up the transfer, I was quoted a certain rate. With the transfer taking an extra wo days to get to Transferwise(due to a US holiday), I kept getting an email advising that my USD account was required to send back the amount as it did not match the original rate quoted. I had a series of phone calls with the customer service and after almost a week of backnforth, I got an email advising that the GBP equivalent of the amount was going to be credited to my UK account, At this point, the rate I got was not favorable at all. And, this also cost me a business transaction I was meant to have carried out.
    I am closing my account and looking to register with another online foreign currency exchange firm.

    AMAZING SERVICE I couldn’t believe the price, compared to other services it seemed too low! The parcel (21kilos) was picked up exactly on time and delivered to address in USA 4 days later. Next time I will pack better though as customs made a mess of the box and slit open the plastic bags inside containing clothes. Otherwise perfect service and only cost £85 plus full insurance amount, which was optional. Nearly the same as an extra case on a plane journey, but delivered door to door. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE HIGHLY ENOUGH.

    Why do you keep sending the same review, are you writing fraudulent reviews?

    Total .... This company have so many fake positive reviews! They truly are the worst courier firm I’ve ever used.

    If you need a reliable delivery of foriegn exchange then this is not your best bet - let us down badly - they called at 4.50pm on a Friday to say our currency would not be available after all for next day delivery but 4 days later (despite taking the order, shipping fee and £900) - and that our refund would take 5 days to arrive leaving us not only short of cash for our trip, but without a refund to source currency from a more reputable source. Very unhelpful and not able to resolve their currency shortage issue. Suggested we take a 3 hour round trip to Bath on Saturday to get our refund (but not the currency - that would not be available still). Accounts department had gone home supposedly at 4.45pm so no-one available to refund us until Monday despite not being able to deliver - off to South America with no currency now ... cheers

    Arnott air springs for Mercedes E 320

    Parts were a little cheaper. One front strut developed a problem after 2000 miles. Barrier after barrier is put in front of me. Clearly they do not intend to replace the part even though it is faulty. I wonder what Arnott would think. I would not buy anything from these people. Customer service is non existent, I have never experienced such poor customer care ....Ever.

    Canada Post Tracking CI000344496NL.
    Open on Canada Post website and click view more under the tracking information for June 23rd, and you will see it clearly states "Item arrived in Canada damaged."

    On June 23rd, I received a notification from Canada Post saying, "Item arrived in Canada damaged" via their tracking information. For a shipping carrier to state the item was damaged during shipping, it would mean there is significant damage.

    I contacted Waveinn right away and every response I got back them just providing me the tracking link saying the item was on its way. I sent them screenshots of the details when viewing the tracking information stating the item arrived in Canada damaged as well as reopening the link to clearly see the mention of it being damaged is still there. This went on for 3 days with each of their responses saying the item is on the way, or they're sorry about the delay in shipping, or they're trying to locate the item. They never address the item arriving in Canada damaged part.

    On June 26th Waveinn wrote back saying there is no mention of item being damaged when they checked the link and proceeded to copy and paste the details while avoiding the one line that mentions the item arrived in Canada damaged. I again provided screenshots of the line they chose to omit.

    I eventually received the package later on June 26th. I was expecting the rod to be in a thick cardboard or plastic tube, but it was in a thin flimsy cardboard box. The box itself was crushed to less than half its original height so now I know why Canada Post had flagged it as damaged. I contacted Waveinn again, including sending them pictures of the crushed box and damage. They ignored me for 4 days and wrote back July 1st. They again provided me with the tracking link to say that tracking records show the item as delivered.

    They are completely ignoring the issue.

    As I said, this is easy and best option for me. I travel a lot and for that I need something that can help me whenever I want. Ctrip provides me on time services, without wasting my time and money. I usually travel on last time minutes like urgent meetings and meet ups etc. Ctrip is quick solution. Not just that, they provide lots of details and discounts on booking hotel, tickets and trip.
    For best, I use app which is better and handy. I don't have to visit again and again. Just submit what you want and where you are going , and that's it!
