I ordered a Half Moon garden furniture set from the company and they originally said it would be delivered by the end of April. However, when that date passed, we got in touch with customer service and found out there were delays because of post-Brexit paperwork and Covid-19. Even though it was late, the furniture arrived earlier this week and it was definitely worth waiting for. It was well packaged and really nicely made. I can't really fault the company for the hold up, as there were outside factors causing it. Overall, I'm really pleased with the furniture and would suggest the company to others.

I've recently had a bad experience with a company offering social media management services. I signed a contract with them, but then found out that the sales representative I'd been talking to was really unprofessional and disrespectful. They didn't show any understanding or empathy towards a personal issue I was going through, and to make things worse, they sent me rude emails. I believe in professionalism and respect in business, so I decided to cancel the contract before it even started. It's really disappointing to come across such bad customer service, especially when I was actually interested in what they were offering.

Fake rake and compost turner
I bought a fake rake and compost turner from this company not long ago. Sadly, I haven't been able to try out the fake rake because of the wet weather we've been having. And as for the compost turner, it didn't quite live up to what I was hoping for. The bars on the turner didn't unfold properly as I turned and pulled it, so they ended up getting stuck to the main handle, which caused some clogging problems. It seems like the turner only works well with unrotted compost, which was a bit of a letdown.

I bought a couple of engagement rings from the shop in Guildford not too long ago. I must say, I had a great experience overall. The staff were so lovely and welcoming, especially Sam who was super friendly and helpful from start to finish. Even though there was a little hiccup with the sizes, they made up for it by giving us a bottle of Prosecco when we collected the rings. It was so good using this website to book my trip! They responded really quickly to my emails and refunded me promptly when my flight was cancelled. Overnight parcel delivery
I had a pretty bad time with this service when I needed an overnight parcel delivery. I arranged for a pickup on Wednesday and ended up paying quite a bit because I wasn't sure how the sender would package the item and it needed collecting from far away. They said I'd get it by the end of Thursday through UPS, but nothing showed up. The communication was terrible - I got conflicting messages about the pickup status, which was really confusing and annoying. I struggled to find a phone number for UPS, and even when I called Customer Services, they couldn't give me any useful info. Eventually, the item was picked up, but the delivery was delayed until Friday morning, causing even more hassle. The whole thing was a pain and a waste of time, and I had to pay extra charges on top of the already high cost of sending a small parcel. I definitely won't be using this service again unless I absolutely have to.

I also found out that the company claims to be in GA but after looking into it, I realised it's not based in the US and the GA address is just a front.

I ordered this bag online from abroad and it actually arrived a good 3 days before I was expecting it to. It's a really beautiful and unique bag, and the prices weren't too bad either.
