Great delivery and pricing, but difficult returns
The delivery service from XtremeInn was fantastic, and their prices were really good value. However, I was let down by the returns process, which was almost impossible. There wasn't much guidance on how to return items if they didn't fit, making it all very confusing. Buying from them felt risky because you couldn't be sure if the size would be correct. It's a gamble - either you cross your fingers and hope for the best, or be ready for a tricky return journey if things go wrong.
Outdoor equipment
In general, I've had a pretty good experience with this company. But on a couple of occasions, I've found that things I've ordered that were supposed to be available actually turned out to be out of stock, which meant my order got delayed. It's been a bit annoying because it's held up the delivery of the other things I bought. Despite this hiccup, I do think they have good customer service and their prices are pretty competitive.

Misleading delivery lead time
I was really let down by the delivery service from TradeInn. Their website said the order would arrive in 3-5 days with Royal Mail 48hr, but it turned out the order was actually coming from Spain, which wasn't clear at all. That meant the delivery took way longer than I expected. It's just not on to lack transparency like that, and it's caused me a lot of hassle and annoyance. What's more, when I tried to get some answers through their chat service, I was kept waiting forever and got bumped to the back of the queue more than once. This whole experience with their customer service has really put me off coming back to them in the future.
Bought a pair of trainers
I recently purchased a pair of trainers from this place, and it honestly felt like forever for them to actually arrive! They didn't bother letting me know if they were out of stock or provide any updates, so I ended up waiting for months without any information. On top of that, the customer service was shockingly poor as well.

I wasn't happy about it and when I complained, it seemed like they were just putting the blame on me for not using them correctly. It felt like talking to a robot, receiving the same response repeatedly. It was not a great experience!

Mountain biking shoes
I bought some mountain biking shoes from XtremeInn not long ago, but I was really disappointed with them. When I placed my order, everything went smoothly and I found some great deals on offer. However, when the shoes arrived, they were the wrong size. I tried getting in touch with customer service a few times but got no reply. It was really annoying not to get any help fixing the problem. In the end, they told me I'd have to pay a lot for shipping to send the shoes back, which just left me feeling really let down by the whole thing.
Swimsuit ordered but cancelled before shipping
I bought a swimsuit from XtremeInn back in May, along with a few other bits and bobs. However, I changed my mind and decided to cancel the swimsuit before it got sent out. It was no longer showing up as part of my order. Despite this, the support team at XtremeInn insisted that I had already got the swimsuit. Unfortunately, PayPal's buyer protection didn't really help me out. They sided with XtremeInn because apparently the tracking data provided showed that the swimsuit had been delivered to me. All in all, I wouldn't recommend shopping from this online store.
Defective jacket
I bought this jacket from the store not long ago, but it turned up with a defect. The inner sleeve on the left side is all twisted, so putting my arm through is a bit of a struggle. I've been trying to sort out a return and replacement on their website, but I keep running into problems. It's really annoying because all I want is a jacket that actually works.
Septic tank treatment purchase
My experience with XtremeInn's customer service was really disappointing. I ordered septic tank treatment recently, but when I got the product, the packet was all swollen and looked like it was about to burst. This made me worried that the contents had gone bad and could be dangerous. I got in touch with customer service straight away to ask for a replacement. But it turned into a frustrating process - I had to send in loads of photos and explain the problem over and over again. In the end, they said they would just refund my payment instead of sending me a replacement. Even though I clearly asked for a replacement, they let me down and now I'm not sure if they'll ever actually send me one. I'm still waiting for this to be sorted out.
Great experience
This company is absolutely amazing! The price was great, the product was top quality, and they responded to my emails promptly. They kept me updated throughout the whole process and my order arrived right on time as promised. I will definitely be coming back to buy from them again!
