Nude knee highs, 8 denier
I bought 5 packs of nude knee highs because I thought the colour was perfect and the 8 denier would be great for warm days. However, when I tried a pair on, the part that goes below the knee was so tight that it left marks on my legs and was really uncomfortable. Even though I have thin legs, I've never had such a tight fit before. When I contacted customer service to complain, they said I could only return the unopened packs for a refund, not the ones I had tried on. The customer service was pretty much non-existent despite several email exchanges, and I felt like they didn't really care about my concerns. The knee highs cost £6 a pair, and the ones I couldn't return are now useless to me. I wouldn't recommend this brand because of the dismissive way they treat customers.

I visited a foreign currency exchange service in the UK recently and I was really let down by the staff there. The people working there were so rude and full of themselves, it's like they think they're better than everyone else. Treating UK money with such disrespect and showing no regard for customers' financial dealings is not on. I won't be going back to any post office for my currency exchange again, in fact, I might even think about setting up my own exchange service with fair prices and good customer care. It's sad to see such lack of professionalism and respect in a place like the UK.

The lack of care and attention to detail is really bad, with properties not being checked properly before guests come in. They seem to believe that mould, damp, and dirt can be easily sorted with a quick clean, but these are serious issues that can't be fixed so easily.

I recently purchased a pair of Head eSL skis, but when they arrived, the bindings were not assembled as advertised. When I placed the order online, I entered all the necessary information like my weight, boot size in mm, and ski level, but it seemed pointless because I still got the bindings separately. I had to put them together myself, which was quite a hassle. To add to the frustration, there were no instructions in the box with the bindings, just a brochure for mountain ski bindings - a total disaster. When I tried to contact Snowinn through their website, there was no specific option for my issue of "Skis delivered with unassembled bindings". They asked for photos of the damage to the items, even though there was no damage, which was confusing. Overall, I've decided I won't be buying from Snowinn again after this experience.
