I have always liked the company and their choice of clothes and have shopped with them for years.
On this occasion I returned some items in a timely fashion and have been waiting nearly a month for a refund of all the items returned. There is no phone number to call. The yumi site states they will get back to you within 48 hours but frequently its over 72 hours. It's a joke. Only buy from them if you know you won't need to return an item.2 jumpsuits
unfortunately these items were too big , not true to size and poor quality. i returned these items on the 12th of may and to date have received no reply to emails from Yumi no refund no explanation . NOTHING ! WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM here again !
