Satisfied customer
Wow, I have to say, this service is absolutely fantastic! From when I first placed my order right through to the super quick delivery, I was seriously impressed. Ordering was really easy, and the customer service I got was top-notch. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone in need of quality products.
Kimonos, large size
The kimonos I bought were really lovely, but they turned out to be too big for me. So, I had to send them back. I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and efficient the customer service was. The refund was sorted out promptly, and I got my money back in no time. Even though the size wasn't right, I was so impressed with how nice the kimonos were that I decided to order one of them again from a different supplier, who also offered a click and collect service. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and the help I received from customer service.
Summer dresses purchase
The summer dresses I bought were just amazing, they totally exceeded all my expectations. The quality of the fabric and the design were really top-notch, and they were just what I was after. I wore them pretty much all summer and got loads of compliments. Thanks for having such gorgeous clothes that made me feel fantastic.
Fabric
I recently bought some fabric from this company and I have to say I was really impressed. The fabric was top-notch and the price was fantastic. Overpriced, slow delivery
The delivery was so slow, and when the product finally arrived, I was really disappointed. It just wasn't up to scratch for the price I paid - the quality was really bad, it practically looked like a dishrag. All in all, my purchase left me feeling pretty dissatisfied.
Got dress, size 8, quick delivery
Oh my gosh, I managed to get the dress I've been eyeing for and it was even on sale - what a win! It fits me perfectly as I'm a size 8 and a bit on the shorter side. I always come back to this store because I can rely on their clothes fitting me just the way I like. The delivery was surprisingly fast as well, which is great because I can't stand waiting for my orders to arrive. All in all, I'm really pleased with my buy!
Next day delivery order
I was really disappointed with my recent order for next day delivery. I paid extra for faster shipping, but my items weren't even sent out after a week. I tried contacting customer service through email and social media several times, but didn't get any response. Eventually, they reordered my items without telling me why they were delayed or giving me a refund for the next day delivery fee. I felt really frustrated and let down by the poor communication and customer service. Because of this, I won't be buying from this company again and won't be suggesting it to anyone else.
Replacement order
I've just placed an order, but it got sent to the wrong address. When I checked the tracking, I realised the mistake and got in touch with customer service straight away. I was really pleased with how quickly and helpfully they responded. The customer service rep was understanding and efficient in sorting out a replacement order for me without any trouble. The new order arrived the next day, which made me really happy. I have to say, I was really impressed with the top-notch customer service I received to fix the error with my original order.
Quick delivery, accurate dress representation, return of two dresses due to sizing issue, third dress worn to a wedding
The delivery was really quick, and when I got the dresses, they actually looked exactly like they did online. Bit of a shame that two of them didn't fit me quite right, so I'll have to send them back. But the third one was spot on, and I ended up wearing it to a wedding yesterday. All in all, I'm pretty happy with how things went down at the store.
Dress order mishap
I ordered a dress in two sizes but only got one size, and there was no explanation for the missing size on the invoice. Also, I didn't really like the dress, so I sent it back, but I haven't heard anything about my refund yet. I've emailed them a few times and haven't had any response, so I'm thinking of asking my bank to refund the charges.
Online order delivery
I ordered some items online and was told they'd been delivered to a safe place. But when I went to check, my parcel was nowhere to be found. I was really annoyed and got in touch with customer service straight away to sort it out. After looking into it, it turns out my order had been sent to the wrong house. I'm grateful that Yumi called to say sorry for the mix-up, but it was still a pain to deal with.
Next day delivery dress
I ordered a dress with next day delivery, but because I placed the order on a Sunday, I was expecting it to arrive on Tuesday. It actually turned up on Tuesday afternoon, a bit squished in the packaging, but thankfully in good shape. The dress itself was absolutely gorgeous, and I got loads of lovely compliments when I wore it.
Wide leg trousers in navy
I recently bought a lovely pair of navy wide leg trousers from this shop. The customer service team was really helpful when I got in touch about a delivery delay. They sent out another parcel straight away and it arrived quickly. The trousers are great quality and look really nice on. I was so happy with them that I ended up getting another pair in black. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone after stylish, well-made clothes.
Quick delivery, good quality fabric, easy return process
Oh my gosh, I ordered this thing and it arrived really quickly, the fabric was so nice and soft, and if I needed to return it, it was super easy to work out how to do it.
Dress for special occasion
I bought a dress for a special event from this store but it got delivered to the wrong address. When I got in touch with the courier, they told me the tracking number given by the company was wrong. Trying to contact customer service was a nightmare as they took ages to reply to my emails and fix the problem. It was a real pain and it left me feeling annoyed and let down.
Refund delay
I went back to the store on the 24th of March to return some items. It's now over a month since then, and despite talking to customer service several times, I still haven't got my money back as of the 3rd of June. They did say they got my return, but it seems they got confused in their warehouse because they think I only sent back one thing out of the seven. This means I'm now out of pocket. I've even shown them evidence of the parcel's weight, which clearly shows I sent more than one item. It's disappointing that they're not communicating well and not owning up to their mistake. I haven't even got an apology for the hassle.
On top of that, the return label wasn't clear, so I ended up paying £12 to send it back when it could've been cheaper with Royal Mail. I asked for a refund of the difference because of the time and effort, but they didn't offer a solution.Dresses, fit, quality

Two dresses for a friend's wedding
I bought a couple of dresses for my friend's wedding but decided to get two sizes just to be sure of a good fit. Sadly, when I sent back the bigger one in the post, it got delivered to the wrong place. Luckily, I spoke to a guy called James who sorted it out super quick and well. He really knew his stuff and was so helpful in fixing the mix-up, I was really impressed by his service. All in all, I had a good time dealing with this company and would happily suggest their stuff to others.
Pretty dress
I really liked the website because it was really easy to use, and the dress arrived really quickly. It's so lovely, and I had lots of people saying how great I looked at the wedding!
Multiple items
I have always liked the company and their choice of clothes and have shopped with them for years.
On this occasion I returned some items in a timely fashion and have been waiting nearly a month for a refund of all the items returned. There is no phone number to call. The yumi site states they will get back to you within 48 hours but frequently its over 72 hours. It's a joke. Only buy from them if you know you won't need to return an item.
