Review about: Cheapflights
Flight booking hassle
I booked a flight with them and paid straight away. But just two days later, I got an email saying there was an issue with my booking. They want to give me a new flight, but it's £300 more expensive! So now I'm waiting for a refund and trying to sort out another flight. Plus, I had transport booked in South Africa for when I arrive, but they say it's non-refundable. This whole thing has been a total nightmare - I definitely wouldn't suggest them to anyone.

The service at this place was absolutely brilliant. The staff member gave me some amazing advice on the products I was thinking about. I recently bought some fabric from this company and I have to say I was really impressed. The fabric was top-notch and the price was fantastic. Catered chalet plant-based food supplement
During my recent trip to a catered chalet in Val Thorens with a group of 17 friends, I had a pretty disappointing experience with the plant-based food options. I had to pay an extra £29 for the plant-based meals, only to be served meals that were not up to scratch and definitely not worth the money. The staff didn't seem very knowledgeable about the menu options or dietary requirements, which made things even more frustrating. It was a bit of a nightmare food-wise. The best meals I had were on the two nights when the staff were off duty and I had to cook my own food. After I complained though, I did manage to get a refund for the subpar service.

Disney on Ice tickets
I bought tickets for Disney on Ice and I have to say I was really let down by the service. I paid to have the tickets posted to me, booked for the show the next day, but they didn't arrive on time. I had seat numbers and confirmation but still missed out on the show. And to top it off, I couldn't even speak to anyone about it. It was so frustrating and upsetting to miss an event I was so excited for.

I bought a mascara from this company and was happy with the product at first. But, my experience with the company was not good overall. It's disappointing when a company prioritises making money over making their customers happy. This happened to me when their foundation gave me skin irritation. Even though I asked for a refund, they said no and I was left feeling annoyed and disappointed with their customer service. Also, I felt like they were too pushy and wouldn't listen to me when I asked them to cancel two shipments that I didn't want or need.

I've just bought a few casual tracksuits that I wear day to day and I'm really happy with how they are. They're comfy, look good, and didn't cost me an arm and a leg.
