First time ordering, easy to use
Ordering from Master of Malt was so easy, the website was really simple to use and I had no problems placing my order. I was so happy when I saw the estimated delivery time was for Tuesday, but guess what? My order actually turned up on Saturday! I was so pleased with the service and communication from Master of Malt that I will definitely be coming back to order from them again.

Sorry mate, I've got no time to waste on dodgy companies that can't deliver the goods. But let me tell you, this printing company really impressed me. The website was easy to use, the prices were fair, and paying was a doddle. And the delivery? Lightning fast - had my stuff in just a couple of days. No complaints from me, I'll definitely be using them again for future printing jobs.

I got my order really quickly, which was a nice surprise. But when I contacted customer service with a question, they were not very helpful and seemed to dismiss me. I've been struggling with serious scalp problems for quite some time now because of stress, and as I've gotten older, it's gotten even worse. So, I thought I would give some products a try to see if they could give me some relief. I'm not expecting any miraculous overnight results, but I'm hopeful that they might give me a bit of help at least. Just to mention, I'm on anticoagulants because I had rheumatic fever when I was 20, which led to me getting an artificial heart valve. This means I take different medications every day, and sometimes they can affect how well skincare products work.

2024 Holiday Booking
Last year, I took a trip with Loveholidays and it was fine since I'd been there before and knew what to expect. But this year was absolutely terrible! I went to Morocco and the hotel was a disaster. They had overbooked, the place was falling apart with broken doors, rusty nails, and unsafe stairs. When I complained to the so-called rep, he didn't do anything except tell us to return the next day, which we couldn't do because we were already occupied. I even showed them all the photos I had taken of the dangers in my room and around the hotel, but they just brushed it off. It felt like they didn't care about our safety at all, and they didn't even offer to fix the situation. It was a complete nightmare!

I had a terrible experience with a transport service that I booked for an 8:00 am drop-off at Heathrow. They didn't show up, leaving me stranded. Not only did they not keep their promise, but they also made me out of pocket by more than two hundred pounds. Their business conduct is disgraceful, and I would warn others to stay away from this supposed "company." It's really disappointing to have such a bad experience, especially when travelling is already stressful. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of this chaotic service.
