Lost item during transport
When I got back home, I noticed that my parcel had been left on top of my mailbox, all open and empty! It looked like the item inside had either gone missing or been swiped during its delivery. It seemed that the package hadn't fared well on its journey here from abroad, as Royal Mail ended up giving me an envelope with a big hole in it. I was pretty sure a sturdy packaging could have avoided all this mess of losing my stuff in transit.
After getting in touch with customer support, I half expected to get the same old unhelpful advice I'd gotten from Royal Mail before. But, to my surprise, Jack was on the other end of the line this time, and he really listened and understood my situation. He asked for some pictures, and then quickly sorted everything out without any hiccups. At first, I wasn't sure about buying something because of the long delivery times and prices being lower than other places. But, I checked out some customer reviews on TrustPilot, and that made me feel better about going ahead with my order. It ended up taking 15 days for my order to arrive after I bought it, which was fine because they had told me it might take that long when I placed my order. When I got my order, I was really happy to see that I'd got two genuine products with proper barcodes to check if they're real. Overall, I'm really happy with how things went, and I wouldn't think twice about ordering from them again in the future.

Quick shipping experience
I bought something on this platform not too long ago and was happy that my order was processed and shipped quickly. But then, I got an email saying that the item I wanted was actually out of stock. I was a bit gutted, but I get that these things can happen. What's really frustrating though is that it's been 21 days now since they promised to give me my money back, and I still haven't seen it in my account. I've messaged them a few times but haven't heard anything back. It's just not on to have such poor communication and take so long to sort out a refund.
Authentic products, longer delivery time
This was my second time ordering from Vawoo and I was really happy with how genuine the products were. One thing I did notice though, was that this order took a bit longer to get to me than my first one. Even so, the products were top-notch and I was completely pleased with my shopping experience.

I ordered two Helheim RDTAs that I couldn't find available anywhere else. Let me tell you, this is hands down one of the best airflow RDTAs I've ever seen. The price was reasonable and although the product arrived a bit later than I thought, it didn't really bother me. Vawoo's website is fantastic, they have such a wide range of products. The Helheim RDTA that I got was the real deal, top-notch quality. I'll definitely be sticking with this site for my future purchases.

This was the first time I bought something from Vawoo and I was really impressed with how it all went down. I got my order really quickly, which was a nice surprise. But when I contacted customer service with a question, they were not very helpful and seemed to dismiss me. It was a bit of a let-down to be treated like that after spending my money with this company. Affordable purchase
I found this company when I was looking for a specific item that was much cheaper than elsewhere. Even though they aren't the fastest with delivery, their website clearly shows when you can expect your order. When my package arrived, it was well packed and in perfect condition. I was really impressed, so I've already ordered from them again, as it was also cheaper than other places I had looked. Personally, I'm fine with waiting a bit longer for such good bargains.
AIO .5 in frosted green with RBA kit
I bought the AIO .5 in frosted green with the RBA kit from this website, but it turned out to be a nightmare! Everything seemed to be going well with my order, but then I had to get in touch with them to ask about the status of my purchase. I was shocked when they told me that the item I really wanted was out of stock. They suggested a different colour version of the same product, but they were asking for extra money. I don't think it's fair at all, considering that the mistake was on their part, not mine.

I'm really pleased with my recent glassware purchase. The items arrived in perfect condition, all brand new. Although, I have to admit, the shipping took forever - a whole 24 days to reach me! Definitely something to bear in mind before hitting that buy button. I get that living in a different country means longer shipping times, but it's still worth keeping in mind. Also, don't forget that you have to pay for shipping for each shop your items come from in your cart. It makes sense, but it's worth considering before loading up on cheap glassware from different stores on this site. On the whole, everything's great, but just remember those shipping times and extra costs when you're thinking about making a purchase.

I purchased a Ceribus tank from this store and was a bit hesitant at first due to the low price but, when it arrived, it was exactly what I had hoped for. So, don't be hesitant about ordering from here; you will receive the genuine article. I was thrilled with my tank, so much so that I placed an order for another one today. The only downside was that the delivery took a bit longer than expected, but I will be sure to order well in advance in the future.

Tank for Zlide Tube
Ordering was really easy, but the delivery did take quite some time. The communication though was excellent. The tank is strong and can hold a lot of e-liquid, making it easy to fill up. The only downside is when you use it with the Zlide Tube, it gets a bit too top-heavy and messes with the balance.
