Personalized welcome sign for boyfriend's surprise 30th birthday
I recently bought a personalised welcome sign for my boyfriend's surprise 30th birthday from this company and I have to say I am really happy with the quality and service they provided. The sign arrived in just 14 days and was well packaged with no damage at all. I was pleasantly surprised by how clear the print was, I was worried it might be a bit blurry because of the size but it was exactly as I had wanted. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for personalised prints. The delivery time was not an issue for me since the company clearly stated the expected delivery date when I placed the order. It's always a good idea to plan ahead, especially when ordering from overseas.
Wedding table sign purchase
I felt really nervous about buying the table sign for my wedding as I had seen some reviews that weren't great. But, the price was really good so I decided to take a chance. Thankfully, it all worked out perfectly! The sign arrived earlier than I expected and it looks absolutely fantastic. I can't speak for those negative reviews because my experience was brilliant. Another great thing is that you can get custom sizes, which is a massive advantage. I will definitely be using this company again and recommending it to all my friends.

I recently got some business cards from this printing company and I have to say, I was pretty pleased with how it all went down. The website was dead easy to use, and getting my design uploaded was a breeze. Ordering was a piece of cake, and it was nice that they gave me the option to send a chat transcript to my email for later. But, there were a couple of mistakes on the final cards which was a bit of a downer. Even so, the customer service team were really quick to sort it out and gave me a reprint without charging extra.
Vinyl banners order
I was a bit concerned when I saw all the negative reviews, but I really wanted to get some cool vinyl banners. The online design feature they had was really neat and the prices were very reasonable, so I decided to give it a go. The people I spoke to were great at keeping me updated, even when there was a little issue with the delivery (thanks UPS!). But, in the end, my banners arrived and they are fantastic! I don't really understand why there are so many negative reviews, because my experience was really awesome!
Flyers purchase.
I recently bought some flyers from this company and I'm really pleased with them. They were made beautifully and arrived super quickly. I'll definitely come back to order more flyers, this time for an event about Shakespeare's Henry V. Cheers!
Disappointing business cards
So I got these business cards, and honestly, they were a massive disappointment. I was hoping for really nice quality cards, but what arrived was just a pile of flimsy paper that looked like it could fall apart at any second. The print was so awful, I could hardly even make out the text. And to make matters worse, they were all beaten up and had rough edges. It's just not on, is it? And let's not even start on the customer service. I spoke to one of their so-called "support" advisors, but they were about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. All they could suggest was a re-print, but with the same ridiculous wait time. Absolutely useless.
Banner purchase
I was a bit unsure at first because of the different opinions I read, but I went ahead and bought a banner anyway. I got it today and I was really pleased with how good it was - it was even better than I expected. It was exactly what I wanted and the quality was spot on. The only problem was that there weren't any instructions for the stand, but I managed to find some on YouTube and sorted it out. Overall, I'm really happy with what I bought and the product itself.
Large window sticker purchase
I was a bit unsure at first due to some bad reviews, but I took the plunge and ordered a big self-adhesive vinyl window sticker. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and how beautifully the design was printed. Sorry mate, I've got no time to waste on dodgy companies that can't deliver the goods. But let me tell you, this printing company really impressed me. I had a nightmare with ordering prints for my school project. The website was all wrong, the service was shocking, and I had to keep ringing up for updates. I opted for express delivery and picked a delivery date, but the prints were still in the "queue" the day before my deadline. Whenever I phoned customer service, all they did was parrot the same robotic lines and didn't actually do anything to assist me. It was beyond frustrating and stressful, and I won't be using them again!

That company is a total mess! I sent them top-notch data to print, but all they wanted was low-quality files. How can a printing company not know how to handle 300dpi data? It's ridiculous. Their software completely ruined my files - the outcome was a disaster. Now I'm stuck sorting out this mess and trying to get a refund with PayPal.
Bad customer service and damaged product
I was pretty chuffed with the service I got when I made my order, but things took a turn for the worse. My item turned up all bashed up, and even though I've sent a few emails trying to get hold of them, they've not bothered replying. It's really frustrating when they don't bother keeping in touch, so I won't be shopping with them again.

Don't bother with this company, trust me. The whole process was a complete nightmare and the quality of the business cards they sent me was just awful. I believed I was ordering from a UK-based company, but it turned out they were actually printing and sending them from Italy. It took ages for the cards to arrive, and when they finally did, they were such a dull, pale white colour instead of the bright one I had picked. The text was impossible to read, and the cards were flimsier than regular printer paper - definitely not what I expected for business cards. Honestly, it was just a huge disappointment!

The service from this company was really bad. They messed up the address on both of my deliveries, and when I asked for help, they just told me to sort it out with the delivery company myself. It's so frustrating that they won't take any responsibility. Because of this, I still don't have my order and I'm so annoyed with the whole situation. I ordered some prints for my school project and paid extra for fast delivery, but they didn't arrive on time. I gave them a call to see what the issue was, and they told me that there was no one available to receive the package, even though we were at home all day. It's so annoying!

I bought a hardback book recently to check the quality before ordering a lot for my business. Unfortunately, the book came in really bad shape, with pages stuck together like they used too much glue when binding it. Eventually, I got a full refund, but ended up with 100 books I couldn't sell and wasted two months. The price seemed good, but the quality didn't live up to what I expected from a printing company. The customer service was great, though - they really tried to sort out all the problems I had.
Misleading advertising
I was really interested in getting those 500 business cards for just £5.88 - what a deal! But when I looked for the offer, it was nowhere to be seen. Then, when I tried some other promotions, my design details magically vanished as soon as I got to the checkout. And don't even get me started on the cookies - you might be in for a few surprises there!
