Violin courses by Chris Haigh
I've just bought all three of Chris Haigh's violin courses - Rock, Jazz, and Country styles. I have to say, I'm really impressed with his teaching style compared to other instructors. Haigh is all about technique rather than theory or specific tunes, which I appreciate. I like how he begins with basic tunes that help you practice different tricks and techniques that can be used in any tune. This way of teaching has really helped me improve steadily without feeling like I'm drowning in too much information.

Skin care products
I'm really disappointed with the customer service I got after purchasing some skin care products. I tried reaching out multiple times about my order but all I got were generic responses about delays due to a small staff. After too many frustrating attempts, I decided to cancel my order as they had suggested. They told me I'd get a refund within 7-14 business days but it's been at least 4-5 months and I'm yet to see any money back. This incompetence and lack of care for customers is just not on, makes it clear they don't value loyalty. Honestly, I'd steer clear of buying anything from them - just a waste of your hard-earned money on promises they can't keep.

Haircut and dye
Oh my gosh, I just can’t believe it! So, I went to this salon to get my hair cut and coloured, and honestly, it was a disaster. The lady who was sorting out my hair was seriously rude and didn’t even pay attention to what I was asking for. Then, the dye job ended up being all patchy and uneven, like, what was she doing?! And my haircut was nothing like the picture I showed her, it was a complete mess. I left feeling like the biggest disaster and had to go somewhere else to sort it out. I am never going back there again, that’s for sure!

Windows, doors, and patio installation
I've just had all my windows and doors replaced, and a new patio put in. The guy who did the job, Carl, was really professional and worked really hard. He did everything himself, even when the weather was tough. I was really impressed with how dedicated he was and the quality of his work. There was a little problem with the patio, but the manager, Nick, sorted it out quickly and arranged for new doors to be put in.

Lingerie set
During the summer sale in July 2020, I treated myself to a lingerie set, but unfortunately, it didn't quite go to plan. The size large briefs I ordered turned out to be much smaller than I expected, more like a UK size 12. This meant I had to go through the hassle of returning the items. The delivery was quick, but the return process was a nightmare. The instructions were confusing and incomplete, and I couldn't find a free returns label anywhere. After reaching out several times, I finally got a response through social media. They dealt with my complaint professionally, but asked me to return the items at my own expense for a refund. It's been two weeks since I returned the items, and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for the postage costs. It's disappointing that a luxury brand like this struggles to offer clear and efficient customer service. It was a frustrating experience that could have been easily avoided.
