False advertising and objectification
Myla London has been bombarding me with sexist Valentine’s Day ads on my Instagram for the past couple of weeks. They always use slim models with really big breasts in their ads, even though they don't actually offer sizes for women like that. It's pretty obvious that they're doing this on purpose to treat these models like objects and trick people into buying stuff. I tried reaching out to Myla London to ask about the bra sizes of their models in the ads, but of course, they haven't bothered to reply. In my view, this company is fine with objectifying women to make money, without caring about what their customers actually want. I would definitely avoid supporting a company like that, which only adds to the inappropriate sexualisation of women without meeting their real needs.
Lingerie and intimate wear
I've bought quite a few things from this shop and every time, I've been really impressed with the quality of their products. Their customer service is top-notch too - whenever I've had to return something, it's been a quick and easy process. Overall, I'm really happy with my experiences here and I'll definitely keep coming back as a loyal customer.
Lingerie set
I recently bought a lingerie set from this company and I have to say, I was pretty disappointed with the whole experience. The quality of the items I got was just okay, and what really got to me was the lack of updates about my order. I ended up having to contact them myself to ask where my stuff was, only to find out they were back-ordered, something that wasn't mentioned on the website. On top of that, the customs fees and shipping costs were crazy high, making the whole thing way more expensive than I thought it would be.
The sizes of the items were all wrong too - the bras were too small and the panties were too big. And when I tried to send some stuff back, they told me I'd have to pay for the return shipping and maybe even more customs charges. It was all just a bit of a nightmare really – the products weren't great, the sizes were all off, and the customer service was pretty shocking.Online shopping experience
I've had a terrible experience with an online retailer recently. I ordered some stuff online but the sizing was all wrong. I had to go through the hassle of sending the items back and then had to wait for a refund that never showed up. I contacted customer service several times to ask about my refund, but they just ignored me every time. It's been over three months now and I'm still £200 out of pocket with no solution in sight. It's really awful and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through it. I definitely recommend steering clear of this online retailer.
£314 purchase, Order M5347, August 2020
I can't believe it, I ordered £314 worth of stuff from this website back in August. And you know what? Nothing has arrived! I waited patiently for ten days, but still nothing. So, I sent them an email and all I received was an automatic response saying they were dealing with Covid related closures at their head office. That's understandable, but then there was complete silence. Can you believe it? I have been sending messages and questions repeatedly since then, but it seems like I am getting no response at all. I adore their products and have been a loyal customer for a long time, but really? Four months have passed and still no sign of my order? It's beginning to feel like they have completely ignored me. Are they even still operating? Is this what it feels like to be ghosted by a company? Oh dear.
Bras purchase
I recently bought some bras from that company and they were really pretty, but I had to contact them multiple times, even had to reach out to PayPal, before I got any response. I finally received my order and thankfully it fit, otherwise I would have had to wait a long time for a refund. It's a shame because the bras were actually really nice.
Bodysuit and lingerie
My most recent buy from this online shop was a total disaster. I bought a bodysuit and lingerie set, thinking it would be a lovely new addition to my wardrobe. But the stuff I got was rubbish quality and nothing like what was advertised on the site. When I tried to send them back, the customer service was awful, and on top of that, I got hit with crazy import charges because I live outside the UK. It felt almost like a con, so I'd warn anyone thinking of shopping here to be careful!

Fast delivery but poor customer service
I recently received my order from this company quite quickly, but I must say, I was not happy with their customer service at all. When I tried to return the items, I faced difficulties getting in touch with them. Even though I followed their return instructions and provided proof of delivery, it took them more than 2 weeks to refund me. I tried to chase them up for the refund, but they ignored me. It was only when I raised a claim through PayPal that I eventually got my money back. It was a frustrating experience that ended up costing me extra in postage. I would recommend others to steer clear of this company because of their poor customer service.
Lingerie set
During the summer sale in July 2020, I treated myself to a lingerie set, but unfortunately, it didn't quite go to plan. The size large briefs I ordered turned out to be much smaller than I expected, more like a UK size 12. This meant I had to go through the hassle of returning the items. The delivery was quick, but the return process was a nightmare. The instructions were confusing and incomplete, and I couldn't find a free returns label anywhere. After reaching out several times, I finally got a response through social media. They dealt with my complaint professionally, but asked me to return the items at my own expense for a refund. It's been two weeks since I returned the items, and I'm still waiting to be reimbursed for the postage costs. It's disappointing that a luxury brand like this struggles to offer clear and efficient customer service. It was a frustrating experience that could have been easily avoided.
