Key ring purchase
I bought a key ring on the 5th of March, expecting it to arrive soon. However, it's now the 1st of April and I still haven't received it. I even paid for VIP service and shipping insurance to make sure it would arrive smoothly, but the tracking hasn't been updated since the 19th of March. I contacted customer support through email, and they replied promptly, but they couldn't give me any clear information about where my order is. This whole situation has really let me down, and I won't be buying from this company again.

I bought something from this website that was overseas and I was really chuffed with how quickly it arrived and the fact that it was in mint condition. It even came in the original box with all the tags still on, which was a nice touch and made me feel confident that it was the real deal.

Bathroom cabinet
I bought a bathroom cabinet from UKBathrooms because I found a great price. At first, I was a bit worried because I read some negative reviews about their service. However, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The cabinet arrived quickly, despite a small issue with DPD delivering it to the wrong place. Fortunately, Robyn from Customer Service was really helpful and quickly sorted out the problem. All in all, I would definitely recommend UKBathrooms and wouldn't think twice about using them again in the future.

Difficult booking process
I had a right nightmare trying to book a stay through this website. Despite there being loads of lovely places to choose from, actually getting a booking sorted was a right pain. Most of the places listed didn't show if they were available or not, so I had to contact each one individually to check. It was so frustrating, I wouldn't wish it on anyone. When I book something, I expect it to be easy and quick, but this just wasn't the case here.
And don't even get me started on the voucher system. Having to pay upfront and then wait for a refund just didn't sit well with me at all. It felt dodgy and made me question the whole process. The whole experience on this website was a letdown and I wouldn't recommend it to others.Review about: VRBO
Accommodation booking experience
I recently booked a place to stay through this website and I'm sorry to say that it was a bit of a disaster. When I got there, I couldn't believe how different it was from what I saw online. It was dirty and just not up to scratch. I was really let down, so I had to look for somewhere else to stay because I just couldn't stick it out there.

Hair serum purchase
I'm really let down by the hair serum I bought from this company. I'd heard you should give a product a good three months before judging how well it works, so I stuck with the serum for four months. But, sad to say, I didn't notice any improvement in my hair or scalp condition. I even cut back on other things to be able to afford this expensive serum, but after going through three bottles and seeing no change, I can't see any point in carrying on buying it.
