    I bought a sofa from the Bristol showroom recently and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Caroline, the sales assistant, was really helpful in helping me choose the right sofa and going through all the fabric options. The showroom itself was really nice, with a wide variety of furniture to suit different styles.

    Alan, who organised the delivery, made sure everything went smoothly. Big thanks to Greg and Sean for delivering the sofa to my house – they worked really hard. I'm really happy with the excellent service and professionalism I received through the whole process.

    I have to admit, I was really impressed by this brand's products - the quality and design are top-notch. I bought a jacket, shoes, and two swimming shorts with a discount code, and I am absolutely delighted with my purchase. It only cost me £58, which is fantastic value for what I got.     I've been a loyal customer of this company for years and I've always been impressed by the level of service they provide. Recently, I had to return an item for the first time because of misinformation from the manufacturer. Despite my initial worries about using their return system, I found the process to be simple and easy to follow. I know it required a computer and internet access, which isn't possible for everyone, but I decided to pay a small fee for DPD to collect the item from my house for convenience. I easily arranged the collection online and the next day I got a notification from the company confirming they had received the item and started the refund process. I really appreciate how efficiently and professionally FFX handled my return. This experience has only strengthened my trust in their services.

    Oh my gosh, I can't believe it! I splurged on this item and when it finally arrived, it was in such a bad state - the packaging was all torn up! Can you imagine? I forked out a lot of cash for this and they couldn't even bother to put it in a decent box or something? It's just not right. The product itself was fine, but the way it was packaged was just unacceptable. I was really let down, to be honest.

    Plants arrived dead

    I bought some plants online, you know, because I thought it would be a nice addition to my home. But when they arrived, they were completely dead! I tried my best to bring them back to life, but no luck. I got in touch with customer service, but they were no help at all. I had to keep bothering them for days just to get a reply. And even when I gave them my order number, they still didn't sort it out. What a waste of money and such a disappointing experience, to be honest.

    Lovely, enjoyable holiday

    The coach tour at the beginning of the holiday was a great way to get to know the country and its history. The small ship cruise was fantastic, with visits to ancient towns and insights into the local culture. The peaceful swim breaks were a lovely addition, and bonding with the small group of fellow travellers made the experience even better. All in all, it was a delightful and fulfilling holiday.
