Clothes and accessories
The first time I shopped from Mint Velvet, I felt like I never shopped before and that was actually the first time of doing so. Why? Because the experience was entirely different and I instantly loved everything I got from the company. Amazing quality wears and accessories I found difficult in getting from other shops. Since then, there is this special love I have for Mint Velvet and it is not fading away anytime soon as I am interested in buying more products from Mint Velvet than even before. Good prices, timely delivery and reliable customer service - active and responsive. I recommend Mint Velvet to others.

I had an amazing experience at the Windsor store. Maria and Linda were so lovely and really gave me honest opinions about the clothes I tried on. They were so helpful, even though they were busy, and made sure I was happy with my choices. The quality of the clothes I bought was fantastic and the prices were fair, especially with the 20% discount. Maria was really helpful and ordered the striped trousers for me as they didn't have my size in-store. They arrived quickly and fit perfectly. I am really happy with my experience at MV and will definitely shop there again in the future.
Age-appropriate trendy clothing
I really like the clothing designs, they're trendy and suitable for someone like me, a 30-year-old mum. But, I had a bit of trouble when I was shopping. Firstly, I was quite disappointed to find that a lot of things I wanted were out of stock. Secondly, it was a pain not being able to read any product reviews on their website, I like to have all the info before deciding. And finally, not knowing what sizes the models were wearing in the pictures made it hard to figure out if the clothes would fit me properly when I bought them.
Stylish clothing, comfy shoes
I absolutely love the way the clothes are designed, they're so unique and the quality is top-notch. The shoes are also incredibly comfortable, which is a massive plus. But what really caught my attention was the amazing customer service I got when I was looking for an item online that wasn't available. Scott truly went the extra mile to assist me, and that level of dedication is becoming increasingly rare nowadays. Hats off to the team for providing such outstanding service!
Jeans online
I was really looking forward to trying out Mint Velvet and decided to order a pair of jeans online. Unfortunately, I was let down yet again when the jeans arrived and they were way too small and tight. This just confirms my previous bad experiences with this store. It's so annoying not being able to rely on the sizing, especially when I don't have this problem with other British stores. I really hope Mint Velvet takes into account that not everyone has a super slim figure and adjusts their sizing to cater for all shapes.
Liverpool store shopping
The staff at this shop are really lovely and helpful. They make shopping a fun experience, not a dull one. They assist you in finding what you need and are extremely patient. The Liverpool store is fantastic, with an abundance of excellent clothing items. Huge thanks to everyone there for being incredible!
Mother of the bride outfit
The staff member at your Truro branch was fantastic. Kathryn really went the extra mile to make my friend look amazing as the mother of the bride. She knew all about the products and helped us pick out the perfect outfit that matched my friend's style and the occasion. I wanted to let you know about my recent interaction with one of your customer service reps, Maddie. It was such a great experience! Maddie was so professional, knowledgeable, and really showed she cared about helping me with my questions. She went out of her way to help me and fix any problems I had, making me feel like a valued customer. It's not often you find such amazing customer service, so I'm really thankful for my positive experience with Mint Velvet.
Garment issue
I had such a great experience with the customer service team. Lillie really went out of her way to sort out the issue I had with a piece of clothing. Her kindness and commitment really brightened my day. The level of customer service from this company is outstanding, exactly what you'd expect from a top brand. I'm a big fan of their products and I would absolutely suggest them to anyone in search of high-quality fashion items.
Lost cuff belt replacement
I want to share about my recent experience with amazing customer service. I lost the cuff belt from a jacket I bought, but the customer service team responded quickly and arranged a free replacement. It was such a relief because without the cuff belt, the jacket wouldn't work properly. I'm really happy with the way the customer service team dealt with the situation - they were efficient and professional.
Damaged parcel, missing earrings
The parcel arrived all bashed up and one of the earrings was missing. I called the customer service and spoke to Beth, who was really understanding and sorted out a replacement to be sent. I was impressed with the service overall.
Black trousers with a broken zip
My zip broke on my favourite black trousers, but Mint Velvet were so helpful in fixing it! They gave me the option of a refund or repair, and I chose the repair because I really like the trousers. Maddie dealt with my issue and she was really fast and efficient. Excellent service overall!
Clothing items
I bought about £70 worth of clothes online not long ago. The prices seemed really good, maybe even too good to be true. But after I paid, I didn't get a confirmation email and the purchase didn't show up on my credit card statement. I tried contacting customer service for help, but I still haven't heard anything back. It's really frustrating how this company isn't communicating or sorting things out properly.
Cute clothes
I bought the cutest clothes from this place! They were super pretty and made me feel like a princess. The staff in the shop were all really lovely and helped me choose the best outfit. I'll definitely be returning for more cute clothes!

I got in touch about this lovely floral dress that had sold out online, but the customer service I got was top-notch. Talia, the rep, got back to me right away and really looked hard to find the dress in bigger stores. She even went the extra mile to track it down and sent me the link. Honestly, I'm really impressed by this level of service and dedication.
Necklace purchase
I bought a necklace and it broke after just one wear. So I gave customer service a ring and had a chat with a lovely lady called Lillie. She sorted everything out and got a replacement sent over to me the very next day. Amazing service, big thanks to Lillie!
Online dress order, discount issue, prompt service
I recently ordered 4 dresses online using a 10% discount code, but I noticed that the discount wasn't applied. So, I decided to send an email about the issue. I was pleased to receive a quick response from Scott, who kindly offered me a 20% discount on the remaining dresses. The service was great and efficient, making it a pleasure to deal with them.
