Quick and friendly customer service
The customer service at this company is absolutely fantastic. I had a couple of questions and changes that I needed to make to my policy, and the staff dealt with them quickly and in a really friendly way. Even though I haven't had to make a claim yet, I'm really impressed with their service up to now. I would definitely recommend them to anyone else.

Replacement car parts
My experience with Sparepartstore24 was really disappointing. The replacement parts I got were not up to scratch, making me think they might be selling off defective stock. What's even worse is that they charge a whopping 30% of the product value for returning faulty items, which just doesn't seem fair. I would recommend avoiding this company and looking at better options like Mister-Auto or MickGarage. My first and last purchase from them has left me completely unsatisfied, with my complaints still unresolved despite reaching out multiple times via email. Dealing with Sparepartstore24 has been a nightmare, and I won't be shopping with them again.

I was really chuffed with how fast The Watch Hut delivered my rare watch - it was a real find! I'd been hunting around for this beauty for weeks, with no luck from other sellers. Bagging it at the retail price from The Watch Hut was a proper result, especially when it was going for over £100 more on other sites. Sandals purchase
I bought some sandals that were really nice and worth the money. But I was a bit gutted to see that the strap wasn't long enough. So, I'm gonna have to take them back, which is a shame because I really did like them. Maybe the brand could think about making the design better for people with bigger ankles.

Table top dishwasher purchase
I just got myself a table top dishwasher from Cookology, and I have to admit, I'm really impressed with it. This little appliance has really made my life a lot easier. It's so handy and simple to use. Now I don't have to spend ages washing dishes by hand anymore, all because of this dishwasher. I would definitely suggest it to anyone who needs a space-saving and effective dishwasher.

I must say, my time at that fancy watch store was quite disappointing. The people working there were more focused on chatting with each other than actually assisting customers. Joshua and Hany were nowhere to be found when I needed help, and when I did manage to get them to notice me, they weren't very helpful at all. I probably would have received better service from a street vendor selling fake watches.

Boulder Opal ring
Sent ring back as stone fell out.wrapped it in bubble wrap stone and ring together. After weeks I asked them to return ring and stone They returned ring no stone.When I rang c/c they told me there was no stone .who ever opened package would have to see ring and stone .So I’m left with no stone .Shocking making me out to be a liar .IV been customer for over 12 yrs very disappointed with service.
