Incompatible car part
Well, I recently bought a car part online thinking it would work for my car, but unfortunately, it didn't. Getting a refund turned out to be a bit of a hassle, which was disappointing. I had to search for reviews on trustpilot.com to work out what steps to take. It would be great if they could make it simpler to check if a part is compatible with your car before making a purchase. Perhaps they could make that option more prominent to avoid others ending up in the same situation as me.

Last-minute order cancellation
Last night, I made a terrible mistake by ordering the wrong parts. I quickly realised my error and sent an email to cancel the order before it was processed. This morning, to my disappointment, I received a notification that the order had already been shipped, even though their website said it would take 4 days. I called the office to cancel, but was rudely informed that nothing could be done as it was already "in transit." What a load of nonsense! The parts were probably just sitting in the warehouse waiting to be picked up by the courier later. Now, I have to wait for the parts to arrive just so I can return them. Pathetic! Don't give me excuses - a simple system to cancel orders immediately would have avoided this mess. Also, the fact that the company is actually based in Germany, despite their website implying otherwise, is pretty sneaky.

I ordered some car parts from this place and let me tell you, it has been an absolute nightmare. I've been waiting for my delivery for 3 whole weeks and 2 days! Can you believe that? I'm really disappointed with my recent purchase from this store. When my package arrived, the box was partially open and the water pump was just wrapped in plastic foil. Normally, the water pump and belt are supposed to be in separate boxes, all packaged together nicely. This mix-up makes me doubt the quality of the products being sold on this site. I won't be shopping here again, that's for sure.
