Recent ferry journey
I've used the ferry to Ireland many times before, but my last trip was a bit of a letdown. The boarding was a mess, all hectic and confusing, which stressed everyone out for no reason. And then, to top it off, I saw a customer having a go at the restaurant staff, only to be met with rudeness back. It was clear the staff weren't great at dealing with people, and their English skills were lacking. It wasn't a good look. In general, the service just wasn't up to scratch compared to what I've had before with this ferry company.

Watch battery replacement
I just bought a new battery for my watch from Watchstraps-Batteries. The website was easy to use and I found the right battery quickly. However, I was a bit frustrated that they only offered DHL as the shipping option, which caused some issues with the delivery. The battery did arrive promptly, but I had a few problems. Firstly, DHL called my home phone for tax payment when I was at work, so I missed the call. Then they turned up unannounced at my door asking for payment. On top of that, they charged me an extra fee that was way too much, meaning I paid double the original shipping cost.

The customer service at this shed company is really great. I got in touch through the chat and Jamie was so helpful in answering all my questions. He even sorted out for the shed windows to face my garden, which was really impressive. I'm so pleased with the service I got.

I recently purchased an absolutely beautiful diamond ring that I truly adore! We tried out many different styles until we finally landed on the perfect one for me. I was able to personalise it with my desired stone size, colour, and quality. The price was fantastic for the value I received, and the quality of the ring is truly exceptional.

My thoughts on Hogans
I reckon it's a bit harsh to point fingers at Hogans for charging when a holiday gets cancelled, isn't it? The owner has got bills to pay as well, so it's only fair they try to make some money back. Everyone's got their own reasons for cancelling, so it's not really right to make the owner suffer a loss. I've been a customer of theirs for a whole decade, and they've always been proper professional with no problems at all.

Ab Generator purchase
I've always found it difficult to do typical floor exercises such as sit-ups and crunches because they hurt my neck and back. However, since giving the Ab Generator a go, I can honestly say it's the top fitness machine I've ever tried! Not only is it easy to work my core with it, but it also hits all the muscles effectively. Thanks to this device, I've finally got the flat, toned abs I've been longing for.

Centurion card issue
The experience with a representative called Michael was awful. He was really rude and even gave me wrong information about my card. I hold a Centurion card, so I was shocked when Michael said I had a gold card instead. When I told him he was wrong, he just said he didn't care because he was leaving soon anyway. This kind of behaviour is just not ok, and I can't believe someone like Michael is representing the company. If he worked for me, he'd be gone before you know it.

3 Poinsettias
Absolutely agree with the comments on here that this company is a scam. Ordered 3 poinsettias, which cost £9 including postage. The plants arrived half dead and by 3 days later had completely lost their red foliage. I was dismayed to find out that the company did not have a contact phone number and my 2 emails to them, requesting a refund, went unanswered. I bought 3 great poinsettias from Lidls to replace them at a total cost of only £6. AVOID THIS SCAM ARTISTS LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Just received £100+ of plants. Perfectly packaged and the plants are very good quality. I feel sorry for those who have not had such a good experience.
Update to my review - Just this afternoon, 13 days after my first email, I had an email response from the company, apologising and giving me a full refund. Therefore, I do have to eat my words to some extent!
