Yamaha Clavinovah piano
I recently got a piano from Kenny's Music store in Dundee, and I'm really pleased with how everything went. The sales team really went out of their way to assist me and my kids in picking out the perfect instrument. They spent time showing us different options and letting us try them out to see which one we liked best. The choice of pianos at the store was impressive and made it much easier to make a decision.
The staff weren't just helpful and knowledgeable, but they were also really passionate about music. You could tell they were musicians too and genuinely wanted to help us find the right instrument for us. Their friendliness and excitement made the whole experience fun and stress-free.

I recently bought some cases for my instruments from this music store and I must say, I was really impressed with the amazing service and knowledge the staff provided. From the moment I got in touch with them to when the cases were delivered, the staff were so professional and really knew their stuff. They gave me great advice on the best cases for my instruments based on what they had in stock. The delivery was super quick and the prices were really good too. Plus, when one of the cases wasn't quite right, the staff made it really easy for me to return it and even ordered a special case just for my instrument. Kenny's Music is simply a place to look for when it comes to music and sound instruments. Remembering when my church was almost confused and was at the verge of making mistake by buying instruments and accessories from an untrusted source. Thankfully, I happened to know about it and I quickly waded him and stopped the transaction. Alternatively, I referred the church to buy the instruments from Kenny's Music. It wasn't for personal reasons but because I have known Kenny's Music for a long time and has been reliable in the business of supplying musical and sound instruments. My church heeded to the referral and bought from Kenny's Music and it's been glorious moment all through, having the instruments serving the church right. Piano purchase
I recently bought a piano from Kenny’s Music and I have to say, I was really impressed with the whole process. I checked out prices on a few different websites and found that Kenny’s Music had the best deal. I managed to get the piano for only £278, including free delivery. I saw the same piano on another popular online shop for £308. The delivery was super quick and efficient; they sent out my order the same day I bought it and I got the piano the next day. Just to give you an idea of how fast it was, I ordered the piano at 5am, it was sent out by 4pm on the same day, and I got it by lunchtime the next day with FEDEX. I really recommend buying from Kenny’s Music.
Fantastic guitar
I recently purchased a really great guitar for a decent price, but my excitement was short-lived when it was delivered by Fed-Ex. Honestly, they were absolutely terrible! I really should have checked out their reviews on Trustpilot beforehand. It's such a shame that a fantastic product had to be let down by such a unreliable delivery service.

During the recent lockdown, I decided to treat myself to an electro acoustic guitar. I was just looking online for options when I found a model that I really liked. But, when I checked prices, I saw that Kenny’s Music wasn’t the cheapest. Still, I thought I'd give them a ring to ask about delivery.

I bought a guitar and amplifier recently from this store, and I have to say that I was really impressed with the service I got. They helped me pick out the perfect products for what I needed and even gave me some great advice on how to take care of them. First Piano Purchase
So I finally took the plunge and bought my first piano from Kenny's Music in Glasgow. I had been going to the store and bombarding poor Ali with all my beginner piano questions for months. But let me tell you, Ali was great. He kindly listened and answered all my questions, showing a lot of knowledge about pianos. Ali even suggested some options that suited my budget, making sure I got a good deal. And when I finally bought my piano last week, Ali was there to help me choose the perfect piano and accessories. I'm so happy with my decision, and I really recommend talking to Ali if you're looking for a piano.

Bought a keyboard which was not suitable for me
I bought a keyboard from Kenny's Music not long ago, but it turned out it wasn't quite right for me. I gave their customer service a ring and had a chat with Aaron in Aberdeen (big thank you to him!) who was really good at helping me sort out the return with no problems at all. The keyboard was picked up when they said it would be, and Aaron was also really helpful in giving me advice and lending a hand. Guitar accessories
So, I popped into Kenny's Music to pick up some cool gear for my guitar. But you know what? They were so unhelpful! The guy working there was just glued to his phone and hardly acknowledged me. When I asked if they could help me set up and tune my guitar, he flat out said they couldn't do it at the store. I mean, seriously? How can a music store not provide that service? Instead, he recommended sending it off to another store, which would take ages. What's the point of going to a store like that if they can't even offer basic assistance? It's like I might as well just take my chances on ebay. Total waste of time, mate!

I recently bought some guitar strings from this store. Ordering online was really easy and straightforward. The prices were fair and I felt like I got a great deal. Bought an acoustic guitar
I popped into Kenny's Music to check out some guitars and the staff there were so helpful. I spent ages trying out a bunch of different guitars and finally settled on a Gibson Dove, which is really cool. I actually got a cheap guitar from there a while back and the staff were just as nice then. The price for the new guitar I bought was really good and the staff were really friendly throughout the whole process.

I recently bought a guitar amplifier from Kenny's Music, and let me tell you, it was a real emotional rollercoaster. The process of ordering was pretty smooth, and their prices were really competitive. They did a great job with the packaging, with double boxing and fragile markings. But then things took a turn when I saw that DHL was going to be doing the delivery. The amplifier was ready to go just hours after I placed the order, but DHL just couldn't seem to get their act together. It took them an extra two days just to move the package from the depot, and then it sat there for another two days over the weekend. I mean, seriously, it's only 2 miles away! And to make matters worse, the delivery ended up being handled by a different company who didn't even follow the usual procedures. What a nightmare! Kenny's Music, you really need to reconsider your choice of courier and maybe even ask for a refund from those useless DHL guys.

I was looking to get a keyboard for my son's birthday and gave them a ring for some help and advice. Five string bass guitar
So, my time at Kenny's Music started off a bit annoying. I bought a bass guitar online, but when it turned up, I saw it was actually a five-string model. My bad for not reading the description properly! Luckily, the shop was alright about me sending it back. It was a pain having to sort out a courier and printing return labels, though. If they'd just made sure the listing was accurate in the first place, it would've saved me a lot of bother. So, yeah, my advice to anyone shopping there in the future is to make sure you check everything twice before you hit that purchase button.

Ali really went the extra mile to make sure I had the item ready for collection in just an hour. It's rare to find that kind of service these days, and I'm really grateful for it. My purchase was an awesome guitar
I recently ordered an awesome guitar that arrived pretty fast. I reached out to the seller via email and they were really efficient at replying. However, when I inquired about the string height, they provided the wrong information. I ended up having to adjust it on my own, which ended up costing me extra money, so I decided to deduct a star from my rating. It was a bit disappointing, but it wasn't a major issue in the grand scheme of things.
