Out of stock items
I really wish I had checked out the reviews before I placed my order. This company is advertising products that they don't actually have available. I patiently waited for a whole week before they eventually got back to me (I had to keep reminding them). As soon as they told me, I asked for a complete refund and I'll be looking for another place to buy from.
Equine feed purchase
I bought some horse feed from Equi Supermarket recently and I'm a bit disappointed with how it turned out. They were really bad at keeping me updated and I still haven't heard from them. I had to go to another store to get more feed because I ran out, which ended up costing me twice as much as I had planned. And to top it all off, the tracking number they gave me didn't even work, which just made things worse. If I had only relied on Equi Supermarket, my horses would have gone hungry.
Supplements purchase
I recently placed an order for some supplements from Equi Supermarket, but hit a little snag when I found out that one of the items was out of stock. I decided to drop an email to customer service and they got back to me pretty quickly, which was great. They were lovely enough to send out the available item right away, which I really appreciated. On the whole, I thought their customer service was top-notch - they were quick to respond and sorted out the issue efficiently. Although, it would have been even better if they had given me a heads up about the out-of-stock item.
Ariat boots
The Ariat boots I ordered took a bit longer to arrive than I anticipated, but it was over the Easter holidays, so I wasn't too bothered by the delay. There was a small issue with the courier, but that wasn't the supplier's fault. However, I must say, the customer service was top-notch. Jules was so helpful and made sure to keep me updated throughout the whole process.
Groceries and pet supplies
I had a really bad experience with this supermarket. I ordered some groceries and pet supplies, but they didn't let me know when they were going to deliver them. I tried calling and emailing them several times, but they didn't reply. So, I thought they weren't going to bring my order and had to ask my bank for a refund. Annoyingly, they actually delivered it after I'd already bought the same things from somewhere else. The fact that they didn't keep me updated and took so long to deliver was really disappointing. I'd suggest steering clear of this supermarket altogether.
Show top purchase
I recently bought a show top for my daughter from Equi Supermarket and I have to say, the whole process was really smooth and efficient. I got a confirmation email right after placing my order, which was great. The pricing was fair and competitive and I was pleasantly surprised by how good the quality of the product was.
The customer service team were brilliant - really knowledgeable and helpful when I needed some advice on sizing. They gave me detailed information so I could make sure I got the right fit for my daughter. The delivery was quick and the package arrived on time and in perfect condition.
All in all, I had a really positive experience shopping at Equi Supermarket and I would definitely recommend their products and services to others.Broken supplement tub
So, I ordered this tub of supplements, right? And when it got here, it was a total mess. The tub was split open and all the contents had spilled out. When I contacted them about it, they said I needed to weigh it, take photos, and provide chat transcripts from a different company. It's such a hassle for their error. I think I'm going to raise a complaint with PayPal and leave negative reviews wherever I can.
Regular supplement at a good price with free delivery
I recently bought my usual supplement from this supermarket and I was really happy with how it all went. I chose to get it from them mainly because they had a great price for it and they offered free delivery. The delivery did take a bit longer than I thought it would, but I know that wasn't their fault as it was the courier's issue. However, when I got in touch with their customer service team by email to let them know I was a bit worried about the delay, they got back to me quickly and were really helpful, so I was grateful for that. All in all, I was pleased with my purchase and I would definitely think about getting stuff from them again in the future.
Boots
I just bought a pair of boots from this supermarket and I have to say, I am really impressed. The boots were much cheaper than in other shops, which got my attention straight away. Even though I had some worries from reviews I had seen, I took a chance and bought them anyway. I'm so happy I did because ordering them was easy and quick. I got the boots in just 4 working days, which was better than I expected. The quality of the boots is brilliant too, and I'm really happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend this supermarket to anyone looking for good quality products at reasonable prices.
Horse rug
I bought a horse rug from this place as I needed a new one for my pony. It took ages for the order to arrive, but that was alright as it was well packaged. However, when I opened it up, I could see that the rug had clearly been used before. The label was missing and it was covered in horse hair and dirt. I was really disappointed as I had high expectations for this rug. I should have read some reviews before ordering, but oh well. It seems like others have had similar issues. I doubt I'll order from here again, especially since there's no phone number to call for help. I feel like I've been completely taken advantage of!

I'm really let down by my online order from Equi Supermarket. I should've checked out the reviews first. It's been a whole week and my order still isn't here, even though Yodel said it would come four days ago. I'm starting to think it might never arrive.

On top of that, they said they'd sent it when they hadn't. The whole delivery process was chaotic and ended up costing me £200 in vet bills because my feed was late. The way this company handled things showed a real lack of care and professionalism, which is just not on.
Vitamins for my pony
I ordered some vitamins for my pony from Equi Supermarket and they completely messed it up! When my order arrived, they sent me the wrong supplement. I tried to contact them through email and their online form, but got no response at all. I couldn't even call them because there is no phone number available. So now I'm stuck with a supplement I can't use, and it's also cheaper than the one I wanted. Not a happy camper, that's for sure!
Pet supplies
I recently bought some pet supplies from this supermarket and honestly, it was a total nightmare. They might send you an email confirming your order and give you a tracking link, but that's pretty much where the good service stops. There were no updates on when my items would arrive and the tracking just kept saying "still with supplier." It was so frustrating!
And don't even get me started on trying to contact their customer service - what a joke! The contact number is impossible to find, and when you finally do, it just rings and rings with no one picking up. It's like they don't even want to help with any customer problems. I was really let down by my shopping experience with this company. I ordered something at the end of December and it turns out the goods were stuck near China. After lots of emails and waiting around for a month, they ended up giving me my money back without me ever getting the product. It felt like they were just borrowing my cash interest-free. I'd suggest checking out some reviews from other customers before buying anything from them.

The ordering process was a bit slower than what I'm used to, but that's alright because I wasn't in a hurry. Luckily, everything came nicely wrapped and I could easily track it with the delivery service. I got all the items I wanted and they were top-notch quality. I'll definitely shop at this supermarket again for my horse grooming needs.

Gastriaid and Superflex supplements
Although I was a bit disappointed at first when my initial order didn't show up, I have to say that my second order with Equi Supermarket went much better. As many others have also pointed out, it seems like giving it at least a week for the supplements to arrive is a good idea. I realise that sometimes courier problems can happen, like with my first order, but I understand that Equi Supermarket can't control everything. The prices for Gastriaid and Superflex supplements are really good, and I think the quality makes up for the small delay in delivery. I'll definitely keep buying these items from Equi Supermarket, as the savings and effectiveness of the supplements are worth any slight delivery issues.

I've been a loyal customer of Equi Supermarket for some time now, but I was really disappointed with my recent order. The horse feed and grooming supplies that I purchased arrived damaged and open, which was really frustrating for me. I tried to get in touch with the company through various ways like emails, website forms, and phone calls, but I haven't received any response so far. This lack of communication is not okay and it doesn't reflect well on their customer service. Even Yodel, the delivery service, couldn't get through to Equi Supermarket to sort out the issue, which now has me considering disputing the charges with my credit card company. It's just a shame to experience such poor customer service when a simple acknowledgment of the problem could have made a big difference.
Chaff for my hoses
I contacted after 1 week of placing my order as I still hadnt received and was running low. I appreciate its difficult times with Covid but others are managing to function. They still couldnt give me adelivery date 9 days later so my order was cancelled! Thank goodness for Equi box who sent my food out same day and I got it the next day.
