Review about: Waitrose Garden
Plant purchase
I was really disappointed with the quality of the plants I got from the garden. They were in bad shape, some were even dead when they arrived. I was expecting better considering how well-known the garden is. The customer service experience wasn't great either - it took ages to try and sort things out and it was so frustrating. This will definitely be my first and last time ordering from here, I just felt so disappointed by the whole thing. I was also surprised that there wasn't an option to leave a review on the website - it would have been helpful to give feedback on what I bought.

Never recommend 1st Formations
I would never, ever suggest 1st Formations to anyone! Their services are absolutely terrible. They told me my important documents were sent ages ago and I still haven't got them. I reached out several times but nothing happened. And now they have the nerve to demand extra payment for delivery when it was their mistake that caused the documents to go missing. Not cool at all, mate!

Ordered faux wood blinds
I bought these blinds thinking they were faux wood, but they're actually cheap aluminium and don't look like wood at all! I feel like I wasted my money because they were quite pricey and not what I expected. I could have found better blinds for a cheaper price elsewhere. I wouldn't suggest this company to anyone, it's a complete rip off!

Cool bag
I recently purchased a really awesome bag from an online shop and I was so stoked to receive it. My best friend gave me a referral code to use, but unfortunately, it didn't work, which was a bit disappointing. I reached out to them via WhatsApp, but I haven't heard back from them yet. Once I finally receive my bag, I'll update my review and hopefully, it'll be a big thumbs up! 👍

Express Delivery Experience
I recently bought a pair of shoes and chose Express Delivery because I needed them urgently for a wedding. However, it got to 72 hours later and they still hadn't turned up. I had to leave for the event at 7pm. The Customer Service team was helpful at first, but then they told me that the delay was beyond their control. It was a really disappointing experience.

Logs order
I ordered some logs from this gardening club ages ago, but they still haven't arrived. They said it would only take 2-4 days, but I ordered them on the 29th of December! I've tried emailing and messaging them, but they haven't replied properly. I don't think I'll ever use them again!

Weekend trip insurance policy
I had a terrible experience with this company. I bought insurance for a weekend trip to France and just before we set off, the handbrake broke, ruining our plans. When I contacted customer service for help, they ignored me, saying my policy had expired because it didn't cover the whole Sunday, though I paid for Friday to Sunday. This stranded me, my partner, and our two young kids in France, causing us to miss our ferry. We had to rely on a stranger to find a mechanic and continue our journey. The company's lack of accountability and responsibility is really shocking.

Challenging template selection but pleased with the outcome.
We had a bit of a hard time finding a template that worked well with our photos, mainly because we had too many to choose from. Most of our pictures were of Russian churches and needed a 'portrait' style shape. So, we had to narrow down our choices. After a bit of searching, we finally found a template that suited our needs perfectly. We were really pleased with how the final jigsaw turned out. The quality was top-notch, and it arrived nicely packaged and on time.
