Mattress purchase
I bought a mattress from Bedworld not too long ago. The mattress itself is good quality, but the delivery and service from the company were a bit disappointing. The delivery guy didn't treat an elderly customer very well, which wasn't right and didn't sit well with me.

Two beer kegs
I recently bought two beer kegs from Beerwulf, looking forward to enjoying them at a BBQ. Unfortunately, both kegs turned out to be all foam and no beer, ruining the whole event. When I got in touch with Beerwulf customer service, they were quick to reply and admitted that the kegs were probably faulty. But they flat out refused to do anything to make it right. I spent over £400 on one of their machines and now it's just an expensive paperweight. I'm really disappointed and I won't be buying from Beerwulf again. Next time, I'll just stick to good old bottles of beer and a cooler for my BBQ.

I've been using this company for a good amount of time now and I always find booking with them to be a breeze. There are hardly ever any problems, but when I did come across an issue, the customer service team sorted it out quickly and effectively. They knew what they were doing and made sure I was happy with how things were resolved. I really appreciate the excellent customer service they provided.

Ceiling light shade
I recently bought a ceiling light shade and I was really looking forward to putting it in my room. However, when it arrived, I saw a massive scratch on the velvet material, almost like someone had taken a scalpel and wrecked it. I was so let down because I always believed this brand made top-notch stuff. I got in touch with customer service and they told me I could send it back or keep it with a 30% discount. But why would I want to keep a damaged item that I can't even sell on? I tried to explain this to them, but so far, no luck in getting a better deal. I just want this sorted out because I don't have time to mess around with returning things that should be perfect from the get-go. Please, just listen to me and hopefully we can find a better solution.

Bike pedal replacement
I recently bought a new bike pedal from this company and had a bit of a nightmare. The pedal turned up all smashed, and when I got in touch with customer service, they said I could get a replacement part at first. But when I mentioned it was still under warranty, they totally ghosted me. It's been more than a week now and I've not heard a peep from them, even after trying to call, message on WhatsApp, and email them using the details on their website. Their dodgy products and terrible communication have left me seriously unhappy with my purchase. I'd strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company because of their lack of care for customers and not bothering to communicate.

Quick test results
The test results came back super fast, just 2 days after I sent in my sample. The kit was really easy to use and the instructions were clear. However, the 30-minute consultation that came with the results left me feeling a bit let down. The nutritionist was late for the call, and I was hoping for more advice on what foods would be good for me in the future. Nevertheless, the information I did get during the consultation was helpful.

I was really excited about getting my boots on time because I planned to wear them for a special occasion. I ordered them over a month ago and still don't know where they are because I don't have a tracking number. This lack of communication and transparency is really frustrating, especially since I really needed them to arrive on time.

Account platform change without notification, difficult account transfer
The platform going through changes without telling us just really got on my nerves, you know? It was a nightmare trying to get to my course - every time I tried, I just kept being sent to this stupid free sign-up page with barely anything there. It took a good two weeks of back and forth before they finally sorted it out. Even though they eventually fixed it, the whole thing was a complete waste of time and not worth the hassle.
