Exercise bike with magnetic braking system
I recently bought an exercise bike with a magnetic braking system and it's been great. But, I had a problem with the reset button on the computer not working. I got in touch with customer service and they were fantastic. They sent me a new one and now everything is sorted. I must say, they are a really great company.
False product, no refund
I bought something from here and it turned out to be a fake! I returned it and asked for my money back, but they refused to give it back to me. It's just not fair!
Resistance bands and workout gloves
I bought some resistance bands and workout gloves from this company not too long ago, but I've been really let down by the whole thing. The quality of the products is just not up to scratch - the resistance bands have already snapped after a few uses, and the workout gloves are falling apart at the seams. Even though I followed the care instructions they gave me, the items didn't last with regular use.
Dumbbell set
I am absolutely shocked by the service I have received from this company. I bought a dumbbell set almost four months ago and when it arrived, it was damaged and had missing parts. Since then, I have been regularly complaining, calling, and emailing them, but nothing has been done to fix the problem. It's like I'm just going round in circles, being asked for the same pictures over and over again. It's really frustrating and unacceptable to be treated like this as a customer. I highly recommend not ordering anything from this company.
Treadmill purchase
I bought a treadmill online not long ago and I must say I was really pleased with the whole process. It turned up quickly and was packed well, so it got to me in one piece. I did have a little problem with it, but when I got in touch with customer service, they sent me a replacement part right away, along with clear instructions on how to fit it. The service was top-notch, and I'm happy with the quality of the product I got.
Desk purchase from an online retailer
I recently bought a desk from an online shop and it was a total disaster. I ordered a specific desk but they sent me the wrong one. I've been trying to return it through Amazon and the retailer's website but I haven't heard anything back or got it sorted. The lack of response and customer service has been really disappointing and makes me wonder if I can trust this retailer.
Spin bike purchase
I bought this really cool spin bike a while back and now the resistance knob is all messed up. I tried reaching out for help but their customer service was just absolutely awful. Honestly, the worst. I just wanted some guidance on how to sort it out, but they were acting like they couldn't care less. It felt like I was talking to a brick wall or something. So frustrating!
Under-Desk Treadmill with Remote Control
I bought an under-desk treadmill with a remote control from this company about a year ago. Sadly, the machine has just stopped working and is showing an E06 error. Even though we have been trying to contact the company through different email addresses they provided, we have had no luck in getting a response after more than a month. The product was supposed to still be under warranty, as per the official company details, but it seems impossible to get hold of anyone for help. All in all, it has been really frustrating and disappointing dealing with this company.
Exercise bike purchase
I recently bought an exercise bike from Robustsport but ran into some issues when it started making a really loud squeaking noise not long after I got it in October. I tried reaching out to them several times via email, but unfortunately, the problem wasn't resolved to my satisfaction. After sending about fifteen emails back and forth, they eventually said they'd give me a full refund. However, the email made it seem like they'd only do it if we left a five-star review, which didn't sit right with us as it felt unfair to other potential buyers. It's now 30/1/23 and we still haven't received the promised refund, and the company has stopped responding to us. Because of this disappointing experience, we're now taking steps to get our money back through our bank. In the end, I wouldn't recommend buying from Robustsport because of the dodgy product and poor customer service.
Rowing Machine
I purchased a rowing machine from this company and after using it regularly for a year, I noticed that the wheels under the seat were giving me some trouble. I got in touch with their customer service and they promptly sent me replacement parts, which fixed the problem in no time. I really appreciated the easy experience and now my rowing machine is working perfectly again, saving me the cost of a gym membership.

I bought an exercise bike from this shop around 3 weeks back and honestly, it's been nothing but trouble. I'm only 12 years old, so I have no idea how to fix it! I tried reaching out to their customer service, but all they did was make me check this and check that. Like, do they think I'm some sort of engineer? I've been emailing back and forth with them and still no replacement bike. I'd suggest avoiding this shop and taking your money somewhere you can actually talk to a real person who can assist you properly.
Bike pedal replacement
I recently bought a new bike pedal from this company and had a bit of a nightmare. The pedal turned up all smashed, and when I got in touch with customer service, they said I could get a replacement part at first. But when I mentioned it was still under warranty, they totally ghosted me. It's been more than a week now and I've not heard a peep from them, even after trying to call, message on WhatsApp, and email them using the details on their website. Their dodgy products and terrible communication have left me seriously unhappy with my purchase. I'd strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this company because of their lack of care for customers and not bothering to communicate.
Magnetic exercise bike
I recently bought a magnetic exercise bike and had a problem with the drive wheel just after the warranty ended. But when I got in touch with customer service, I was really impressed by how helpful they were. Jane, the representative I spoke to, was really knowledgeable and asked me to send a video of the issue. She quickly figured out the problem and said she'd send me a new drive wheel for free. The new part arrived quickly and I haven't had any more problems. The bike now runs smoothly and quietly, so I can keep up with my workouts without any hiccups. Overall, I'm really happy with the great customer service I got from the company.
Treadmill for fitness
After 3 weeks, the motor just started overheating and cutting out again. Dripex support completely ignored my emails. As a result of this, I had to drop my rating.
Elliptical machine purchase
I'm really gutted with the service I got from this company. Even though the website seemed legit, dealing with them has been a total nightmare. The customer service team were okay at getting back to me, but their English isn't great, so it's been hard to communicate. I've been trying to find out where my order is for ages now, but all I keep getting is excuses and them telling me to just wait. It's not on that my order should have been here already according to their delivery info. The tracking numbers they've given me look nice, but they don't actually show my parcel moving anywhere. All in all, this company has left me feeling annoyed, like I've been taken for a ride, and unsure if I'll ever get my order.

I bought a spin bike back in May 2021 and I've been really pleased with it. It was simple to put together and feels really sturdy, which has made my workouts comfortable and effective. However, in October I had a problem with the screen. I got in touch with customer service and was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they responded. After giving them more details, they agreed straight away to replace the faulty item. I have to give credit to the team for their great after-sales service, especially Judy for her quick help in sorting out the problem.

Great shopping experience with Robustsport
When I returned back to my normal health condition after a life-threatening illness that affected my sport and gym career, I was determined to come back strong. I planned to set up a gym in one of the empty spaces in my house. I cleaned this whole place, the next thing to do was to purchase gym and sport equipment. I went online to check for reliable online stores that sell such equipment and I found Robustsport. They had a lot of equipment that a standard gym would require to function. I ordered for some
punching bags, treadmill, and some barbells. While using these equipments, I was eally happy and I have been able to find my passion again. Thanks to Robustsport
