    Silver bracelet

    On a positive I really like the design of the silver bracelet that I purchased in the last few days as a 50th Birthday present for my goddaughter. Keeping with the positive delivery was within 3 days of ordering. Marvellous. However, this small bracelet came in a relatively large strong cardboard box which seemed out of place for a supposedly ethical company. Inside was another box about the size of a large mug with an Oliver Bonas sleeve and inside that was lots of shredded cardboard with the bracelet in a plastic wallet. I had ordered and paid for a gift box but there wasn't one. I rang the company , reminding myself that it isn't the fault of whoever answers the phone but I am afraid that I was cross with the young woman who dealt with me who told me that the box in the box was the gift box. Basically made of strong almost impenetrable cardboard and that the coloured sleeve went with it. £5 for that which was unusable and a slip of paper with a short personalised message. When I pointed out that it was completely wrong for such a small bracelet she offered the explanation that the company had probably run out of the gift box size that I wanted and sent that one instead. To her credit she sanctioned a £5 refund . What really got me was her dismissive approach. Why do these companies train up their telephone operatives to sound like someone straight out of Harrods? It would be so much nicer to deal with someone with an element of understanding. The bracelet is for someone's 50th Birthday. No wonder that I wanted it to be good.

    Clothing, sunglasses, trinket dish

    I recently popped into this shop and I have to say the staff were just great - so friendly and helpful, it really made my shopping trip a pleasure. The range of products they had on offer was impressive and the quality was top-notch. I ended up buying several items, including some clothes, sunglasses, and a cute little trinket dish, and I'm really happy with all of them. To top it off, I got a discount with my blue light card which was a nice bonus. There was a small issue with one of the dresses I bought, but the staff sorted it out quickly by ordering a replacement to be sent to me. Their customer service is really outstanding, they go above and beyond for their customers. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in search of stylish, high-quality products along with fantastic customer service.

    Gym gear awkwardness

    I've been going to this shop quite a bit, but every time I wear my gym clothes, it feels a bit awkward. The staff give me strange looks, and once someone even followed me around the small shop. It made me feel unwanted, so I left without buying anything. But, the last time I went after a brunch and some cocktails, I was in my usual colourful day clothes with my hair down and makeup on. I was pleasantly surprised by how much friendlier the staff were. It was nice to see black staff members who were really welcoming and chatted with me. Even though I sometimes feel a bit out of place when I'm not in my sports gear, I still spend a lot of money in the shop. Having such a lovely experience with the staff on my recent visit was really nice.

    I popped into this shop the other day and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and on top of that, they really knew their stuff when it came to the products they were selling. Sue, who helped me out, was especially amazing - she made sure I found exactly what I needed. Plus, the clothes were organised by colour, which made it a lot easier to check out all the different styles. The shop was super tidy and roomy, which made for a really nice shopping experience.

    I popped into the store the other day and had a really great experience with the staff. The lady at the till was so helpful, she went out of her way to help me find the perfect dress size. She not only checked what sizes they had in-store but also offered to order it online and have it delivered. Her friendly and patient attitude made the whole shopping trip really enjoyable. The store had a great selection of stylish and unique products too. I was really impressed with the top-notch customer service all round.

    I just wanted to say how lovely the items I bought from this shop were - they were just what I needed to brighten up my home. There was such a fantastic variety of homeware to choose from, all so different and special, so it didn't take long to find something that suited my taste. The quality was fantastic, you could tell that a lot of effort had gone into designing them. Checking out was quick and easy, and I liked that I could pay contactlessly. All in all, a really enjoyable shopping trip.

    A right place for fashion lovers.I am a old customer of Oliver Binaa. They are serving for last two decades.
    My first order of 180 pounds was made in 2014 received late ,and my first impression towards delivery part was not good that time and I raised my concern. Friends,that was first and last complain. Since then no issue after four years. Nice apparel , jewellery and glassware what mostly I used to buy for self and gifts .
    Services are really very good.

    Size 18 clothing

    During my first visit to the store, I was pleasantly surprised. The store layout was really nice and they had a good variety of items to choose from. The staff were so friendly and helpful, which made my shopping much more enjoyable. The only issue I had was that the size 18 clothing was a bit on the larger side, so if they stocked up to size 20, I would have bought more things. Overall, it was a fantastic shopping trip and I will definitely be going back in the future.

    Great pair of jeans

    The shop I went to in Harrogate was truly lovely. As soon as I entered, the staff were so friendly and helpful, which made my shopping trip really enjoyable. I ended up buying a fantastic pair of jeans, which was actually my first time buying clothes from there.     Gorgeous dress, urgent purchase

    I found this amazing dress at the store but then I found out they didn't have it in my size. The staff there were really helpful though and they went out of their way to call another store and reserve it for me. They made sure I got it in time for the wedding. I was really impressed by how well they looked after me at both stores. I'm really happy with my purchase.

    I was really let down by my recent experience buying from this company. It was the second time I chose next day delivery, and once again, my order didn't show up on time. I had ordered a special gift for someone, and I was really looking forward to surprising them with it in person. But the delayed delivery totally spoiled the surprise and took away from the excitement of giving the gift. My advice to others would be to avoid next day delivery, especially since the company still uses Evri for deliveries despite all the complaints. It's a shame because the actual stores are great, but the online orders are a letdown.

    I bought some new home decor bits from there recently. The shop looked really nice and they sorted out my order fast. But I did think the prices were a bit steep for what I got. And the service could have been friendlier, some of the staff didn't seem very welcoming.

    Ceiling light shade

    I recently bought a ceiling light shade and I was really looking forward to putting it in my room. However, when it arrived, I saw a massive scratch on the velvet material, almost like someone had taken a scalpel and wrecked it. I was so let down because I always believed this brand made top-notch stuff. I got in touch with customer service and they told me I could send it back or keep it with a 30% discount. But why would I want to keep a damaged item that I can't even sell on? I tried to explain this to them, but so far, no luck in getting a better deal. I just want this sorted out because I don't have time to mess around with returning things that should be perfect from the get-go. Please, just listen to me and hopefully we can find a better solution.

    Earrings gift wrapped nicely

    Oh my goodness, I went to the shop and the staff there were incredibly friendly. They showed me all the amazing jewellery they had. I ended up buying a pair of earrings that were beautifully wrapped and I absolutely adore them! I'm so excited to wear them wherever I go!

    Long sleeve t-shirt

    I recently bought a long sleeve t-shirt from this shop and I have to say, the ordering process went smoothly and without any problems. However, the service I got afterwards was really lacking. Once my item was sent out, I found out it was going to be delivered by a courier called Evri. Unfortunately, that's when the problems started. Twice I got notifications saying that my delivery couldn't be completed that day. The tracking info didn't really help much, so I had no idea what was going on with my order. Despite emailing customer service multiple times, I got no reply. It wasn't until I talked in a live chat that I finally got some kind of update, but even then, there were more delays and confusion. After nearly two weeks of waiting, I was told that I had apparently rejected the delivery, which just wasn't true. I had to threaten legal action before I finally got a refund. All in all, it was a really frustrating and disappointing experience, and I'd warn anyone thinking of ordering from this company to really consider it carefully beforehand.

    Pink jumpsuit

    I bought a pink jumpsuit from this store not long ago, but the colour ran in the wash because of what they claimed was a manufacturing fault. It was really disappointing to have to take it back, especially since I'm a new customer here. Also, when I popped into the store the other day, one of the staff forgot to give me a discount, which was really annoying.

    Clothing variety and helpful staff

    I really loved the store layout, it made it so easy to have a good look through all the different collections. The staff were amazing too, so friendly and they even gave me some great advice on styling. The clothes they had were brilliant, so vibrant and fun, perfect for putting together lots of different outfit ideas. I just hope they stay looking good for a long time, the quality seems really good so fingers crossed!
