    I bought some shoes from this store recently, but I'm not sure about shopping here again because of their return policy. It's based in the US, and the cost of sending things back is too high, especially with items like shoes where getting the right size can be difficult. The return fee might end up being more than what you paid for the actual shoes, which is not just annoying but also seems like a waste of money. I really liked the shoes I got, so it's a shame, but the idea of being stuck with something that doesn't fit is putting me off buying more stuff in the future. It would be good if they had a more customer-friendly way of dealing with returns - that would make me more likely to give them another go.

    Ticket purchase for The Wizard of Oz

    The whole process of booking tickets for The Wizard of Oz was really straightforward and simple thanks to the MasterCard priceless experience. We were so excited to meet the cast on stage before the show started. I noticed that The Palladium had been renovated since the last time I was there, which was a nice surprise. The vibe was lively and the staff were all really friendly and quick to help. And as for the show itself, it was absolutely amazing – the performers were so talented and really brought the classic story to life on stage.

    I absolutely love getting jewellery from this channel because it's all so sparkly and shiny! The pieces are incredibly beautiful and they just make me feel like a princess every time I wear them. The only thing I wish is that they could give me more details about the warranty and terms and conditions before I make a purchase. However, overall I'm really pleased with everything I've purchased.     Recent purchase - disappointed with customer service

    I was really let down by my recent purchase from Shark. The customer service was terrible, probably the worst I've ever had. It's so frustrating to find out that their complaints department is outsourced, which means long wait times and unhelpful answers. Even though I've been a loyal customer who's bought from them before, they really didn't seem to care about my problem.

    Hey everyone, just wanted to share that I bought a gazebo recently and honestly, it's amazing! It didn't cost much and was so easy to put together. The sidewalls have really changed the look of my garden and I'm really pleased with how it's turned out.

    Delayed delivery of shed

    I am really let down by the service I got from the company. I had to take a day off work for the delivery, arranged for folks to help me fit things, and even sorted out picking up animals for a weekend project. But then I got a text saying the delivery was delayed because the driver was sick. The fact that they didn't have a backup plan for situations like this just isn't on and has left me in a right pickle trying to sort everything out again. I tried to get in touch with the company to see if they could deliver earlier, but they said the earliest they could do was Sunday.

    I have had a similar experience to J Richardson. I ordered a desk. Only two of the three components arrived. I emailed immediately and awaited a response. It’s been 9 weeks since then and I am still waiting patiently. They do not pick up the phone and are not treating this with any level of urgency.
