Fast turnaround furniture order
At first, I wasn't sure about ordering from this site because a lot of people said the customer service was bad. But I decided to go for it anyway since I needed some furniture pretty urgently. I paid a bit extra to make sure it got to me in time for a special event, but unfortunately, the tracking info wasn't being very helpful, and it looked like my order was stuck with the delivery people. I dropped an email to customer service and they got back to me pretty quickly. They managed to nudge the courier along and update my tracking info. It did end up taking longer than I'd hoped for my stuff to show up, but all in all, I was quite happy with how it worked out. I reckon I might've been a tad too impatient initially, especially after all those other negative reviews and the lousy updates from the courier company.
Pendant light purchase
I came across this company on Instagram by chance and thought I'd give their pendant lights a go. I have to say, I was really pleased with the whole process. They communicated well and quickly, the service was excellent, and the pendant light I received was really good quality. There was a wide range of options to pick from, which made it hard to choose, but I eventually found the ideal one for my home. You know, I was a bit unsure about this website at first because I saw some bad reviews talking about slow replies and stuff being out of stock. Desk Lamp
I was pleased with the desk lamp I got – it was just what I wanted. However, I was a bit disappointed that it took longer than I thought for the delivery, about 2 weeks late. It was frustrating as I was excited to use the lamp in my office. Even with this issue, I'll think about ordering from them again, assuming the delivery is better next time. Four chairs Fermob
I'm really gutted. We bought four Fermob chairs, but when we were paying, there was an error message. We figured it might be the credit card, so we used another one. Turns out, we ended up getting the same order twice, and obviously, we got charged twice!
Now we want to send one order back, but they want 75 euros for it! We even took a snap of the error message during payment on the site, but they won't admit it! It's totally unfair, especially since they can see from our order history that we tried to pay 8 times, so it's definitely their site's fault! Don't go near them, trust me!Damaged furniture
The furniture I bought arrived in a really bad state - with cracks in the wood, joints not lining up properly, and shelves that didn't fit right. When I tried to contact customer service for a refund, it was as if no one was listening. I didn't hear back for more than a week, and every time I called, the call mysteriously got disconnected. Even when they eventually agreed to pick up the furniture for a return, there was no heads up about the courier coming or any tracking details given. It's been a month now and still no refund. Totally not on!
