Free gift missing parts
So, I bought something and received a free gift - a room diffuser. I thought it sounded cool. But guess what? The top for the diffuser was missing! After lots of emails, they eventually admitted it was missing. They said they couldn't send a replacement because they've run out of stock. Honestly, what's the point of giving a gift you can't even use?

Damaged item return
I had to take something back to the shop the other day because it was way too big for me and had some marks on it. I reckon that if you buy something that's damaged or faulty, they should cover the cost of returning it. It doesn't seem fair that a customer has to fork out money to send back something that arrived in a dodgy state. It's really annoying to get a product that's not up to scratch and then have to pay extra just to return it.

Booking our holiday through this company was so easy. The website was really simple to use and booking was a piece of cake. The best bit was the price we got - it was so cheap! We were really pleased with the fantastic deal we managed to get. All in all, it was a stress-free experience that saved us some extra cash to spend on our trip.

Watch purchase
I bought a watch from this company not long ago and sadly, it hasn't been a great experience. The battery needed replacing after just a year, setting me back £120. And now, after only 2 years, it's failed again. When I got in touch with customer service to raise my issues, they just gave me a reference number and basically said my complaint was pointless because they wouldn't do anything about it. I'm really let down by the poor quality of the watch and the terrible customer service.

I recently bought 5 amazing shirts from them - 4 Ready-Made Shorter Length Shirts (with extra alterations to the sleeves and lengths), and 1 Made-to-Measure. Each shirt fits me perfectly and I absolutely love them all. The customer service was exceptional, they assisted me with all my queries and requirements. I needed the shirts urgently by March and they managed to deliver everything right on time. The delivery was really fast and when I needed to return my Made-to-Measure shirt for further alterations, they accepted it without any problems. I am thrilled with my purchase and will definitely be shopping with them again!
