Rice cooker and electric fan purchase
I bought a rice cooker and an electric fan from this company not too long ago, and I have to say, I am really impressed. The quality of the products is top-notch - my rice cooker is still going strong after nearly 2 years of regular use. And what's great is that they are affordable too, so I was able to get high-quality appliances without spending a fortune. Cancelled agreement, frustrating customer service
I signed up for this thing, but had to cancel it due to personal stuff. I tried cancelling through the app like they said, but there wasn't an option for that. When I called customer service, they told me I couldn't cancel and had to stick with it. Every time I called, they gave me different answers! It wasn't cool at all, mate.

Airport car park experience
I've had a good experience using an airport car park company, I've used them many times without any problems and recommended them to friends who also had good experiences. However, recently I had a big issue when my car registration wasn't recognised at the exit, and I was charged an extra £55.00. I've contacted them twice but still no response or investigation after 12 days. The lack of customer service afterwards and not dealing with complaints has left me feeling disappointed and out of pocket. It's a shame to see profits being put before customer satisfaction in these cases.

Unfulfilled order
I was really let down by the service I received from this company. I waited for weeks for my order to come, and when it didn't, I had to contact customer service. The lack of updates about my order was frustrating, and it seemed like lots of people in my area were experiencing the same thing. Even though they offered me a refund twice, it took ages for the money to actually show up in my bank account – 5-10 days each time. It was so stressful, especially for someone my age. I ended up having to get help from Citizens Advice, who passed my complaint on to Trading Standards to investigate further. Luckily, my credit card company helped me out with a chargeback, which finally pushed the company to give me a full refund. Looking back, I wish I'd checked Trustpilot before I decided to buy from them.
