Quick rental, fighting over refund
My experience with Economy was a bit frustrating and disappointing, to be honest. The process of renting from them was pretty simple and speedy, but when it came to getting a refund, that's when the problems started. Economy was being quite difficult about it, and it honestly didn't sit well with me. All in all, not the greatest customer service I've ever had, that's for sure.

Shiny rings
The rings I ordered were really sparkly and beautiful, but it took forever for them to actually get delivered to my house. I also realised that some things were priced differently even though they were pretty much identical. And did you notice how the people on the show were asking for way too much money for their items?

The team were pretty awful - short with me, making sarcastic remarks, and just plain rude. Seems like this is the norm from what others have said in reviews too. I was in a road traffic accident and honestly, these guys were brilliant! They stayed really calm and were so fast at getting my car sorted.
