    I recently bought a haircare product from this online store, and I have to say, I was really impressed with the customer service I received. The delivery came on time and was left at my front door, which was a great start. When I contacted them about leaving a review and the product being limited, they went out of their way to assist me. They even offered to reach out to their suppliers to try and get more of the product for me. They directed me to their website, which had a wide selection of products to choose from, making it a convenient place to shop for all my haircare needs. The whole experience was thoughtful and professional, and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

    Hair dye and hair accessories

    I went to this shop and got some nice hair dye and cute hair accessories, but it was a nightmare. When I realised that Hermes was delivering my stuff after I'd already paid, I asked the shop if they could make sure Hermes didn't leave it outside if I wasn't in, but they didn't do anything about it. My order ended up being thrown over the fence and left in the rain! I was fuming, definitely won't be shopping there again.

    Replacement item delivery

    I ordered a replacement item from KLIPshop, but the courier Evri delivered it to the wrong address. I got in touch with customer service at KLIPshop immediately, and they were really quick to help and fix the mistake. They sorted everything out without any delay and organised a new delivery for the replacement item. I just hope Evri gets it right this time!

    Hair oil and shampoo

    The ordering process was really quick and easy, and I couldn't find better prices online for the products I wanted. But I was a bit let down when I saw that the products weren't sealed properly, which made me wonder if they were the real deal or if someone had messed with them. The pump on the hair oil bottle squirted out the product as soon as I touched it, which made me think it might have been used already. I also wasn't sure about the shampoo. In my opinion, all products, especially those you can only get at salons, should always be sealed to make sure they're the genuine article. Because of this, I'm not sure if I'll use this site again.

    Lip Liner

    AVOID BUYING AT ALL COSTS! MUST READ
    AVOID THIS SHOP AT ALL COSTS. Unless you want poor service and to be scammed.

    I ordered a lip liner from their website for around £30. When I received it, I noticed that it didn’t come with any sort of packaging around it. Normally, with lip liners it comes in a box or plastic seal. I researched the lip liner brand and found out that they do seal the lip liners with a plastic seal , which I however did not have. Without this seal, anyone who has possession of it (eg. Packers, workers in warehouse etc..) could have opened it and touched it. I have a sickness and must take precautions with this type of thing.

    Nevertheless, I was sent an opened item. So I contacted the brand and told them about there not being a plastic seal and provided them with images as well.

    Their response to this was along the lines of “it was sent like this and that’s how all the lip liners come - without a seal.”

    Then, when I provided them with a video of a woman unboxing the same lip liner I had ordered and peeling off a plastic seal, they changed their response and said something completely different .

    Then they proceeded to say , “we did send it with the plastic seal so it couldn’t have been us”. Which was confusing because they just had told me that they didn’t sent it with the plastic seal to reduce the amount of plastic they were using ? I thought this was suspicious and highly unprofessional.

    They kept denying it then on forward that the lip liner was sent faulty.

    In the end, they told me to return the item at my own cost. I had to pay for shipping and they said that even if I returned the item it would have to be in new condition which my item was not - no thanks to them.

    I thought it was unfair that they wanted me to send back an item at my own cost that had issues due to their supply. Not only that, I had to pull out a magic wand and make the lip liner in the expected condition for them to even accept and process a refund although the item was sent in such a state.

    They kept on telling me that the item had been sent with the plastic seal and even went as far as to provide me with “video evidence” that they did. They claimed to have sent a packing video of them packing what they claim to be “my order” however the video was just a black screen and nothing else. You couldn’t see anything but black in the video. I told them this, so they sent me a photo. In the photo it was a picture of the same brand lip liner in a plastic seal BUT the shade was a completely different colour to my lip liner so the lid of the liner was a different colour to mine. SO IT COULD NOT HAVE BEEN MY ORDER.

    One minute this brand is saying they do not use the plastic seal packaging.

    Then next they say that they do use the plastic seal packaging and sent it with the plastic seal

    BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE A LIP LINER WITH THE PLASTIC SEAL.

    I contacted them about this further and they blocked me. On everything I reached out to them on. My emails failed to send to their customer support and they had blocked my account on Instagram when I contacted them via that.

    Steer clear of this brand. They claim to have provided evidence but I’m sure and certain it is false evidence.

    They continued to deny everything and would not provide me with a return or refund like their terms and conditions state.

    As customers, if you have an issue with a product sent by the brand and you provide evidence , you have the right to a refund or return free of charge if damaged or defective.

    This is a highly unprofessional brand and I suspect they will continue to deny this.

    I sincerely hope the £30 they scammed me out of will be enough to keep them going for I’m sure if this review reaches more customers they will they will refrain from purchasing anything from this company.

    Thank you for taking my money and causing me stress, KlipShop.

    I recently bought some haircare products from an online shop and was really let down by the delivery service from EVRI, the company in charge of bringing my order to me. It's not the first time I've had problems with them. Even though I gave them my full delivery address, they keep saying their drivers can't find it. It's happened a few times now, and it's frustrating to keep on dealing with the same problem. If this carries on, I might have to go somewhere else for my shopping because I can't count on EVRI to get my orders to me properly. I've even complained directly to them, but it's still an issue.

    I recently bought a rare shampoo from an online store called KLIPshop. I had been searching on different websites for hours before finally finding this product. It was a bit tricky at first because the manufacturer is based in Turkey, causing a translation issue. However, the customer service team quickly sorted this out by asking me to wait a few days while they updated the language and added the correct product description in English. I really appreciated their communication and understanding during this process. Once the product was updated, I was able to purchase it without any issues.     Norwex washing powder and floor mat

    I recently bought some Norwex washing powder and a floor mat from an online shop because I couldn't find them in any local stores.     The ordering process was so easy and quick, but the delivery time was honestly ridiculous. I ordered something and was told it would arrive within a week, but it actually took over three weeks! When I got in touch to ask about the delay, the first response was really unhelpful and didn't take my concerns seriously. Eventually, they admitted that the package had been 'lost' and needed to be sent again. They tried to blame the delivery service, but after doing my own investigating, I found out the real story. It was such a hassle and a waste of time. I have to say though, they did make an effort to keep me informed throughout, which I do appreciate.

    Lip Liner purchase

    Oh my goodness, this shop is absolutely terrible! I bought a lip liner and there wasn't even a plastic seal on it. Gross, right? Who knows how many people touched it before it reached me. I showed them photos and they insisted it arrived like that, but they quickly changed their tune when I sent a video of someone unsealing a new lip liner. So shady! They wanted me to cover the return postage, even though it was their mistake. And then they tried to show me a video of my order being packed, but it was just a blank screen - seriously, what was that about? They also sent a photo of a lip liner with a seal, but it was a different shade, clearly not mine. Honestly, they're the worst!

    I had a really annoying experience with this company. They lost my parcel, but instead of owning up to it, KLIPshop made me go through a lot of hassle just to start an investigation. They wanted loads of personal info, like photos and statements, acting like it was my fault the parcel got lost. And as if that wasn't bad enough, they said I'd only get a refund if the shipping company admitted they lost it. Well, big surprise, I never got my parcel or my money back.

    Love the range and discounts, slightly longer shipping times.

    I really adore this shop! They have such a great variety of products and the discounts they have every month/week are really generous. I've saved loads of money because of their deals. The only downside is that sometimes the shipping times can be a bit longer, but if you plan ahead and buy in advance, it's not a problem. I would definitely recommend shopping here!
