    Constantly calling me off different numbers. They do not adhere to the data protection act of 2018 -I have asked numerous times to delete my details and they still call each day trying to sell me a phone, spoke to a manager who hung up on me. called them to make a complaint and got hung up on too. Joke of a company- DO NOT TRUST THE WITH YOUR DATA!

    A wooden blind that was made out of plastic

    I purchased a cut-to-size blind labeled as "Eco Wood," assuming it was a genuine wooden blind. However, to my disappointment, the product turned out to be an unusual shade of orange and was constructed from a rather cheap-looking plastic material. Upon inquiring about this discrepancy, I was informed that it is, in fact, a "faux wood" product. To be fair, if you scroll down the product page, there is a mention of it being faux wood, but the issue lies in the misleading headline proclaiming it as a "Wooden Blind Made from Eco Wood." This headline is misleading, as the blind is, in reality, crafted from unsightly orange plastic. The price of £70 for this product is rather steep considering its quality, and regrettably, I have no choice but to dispose of it.

    Try to leave without paying 2-3 months extra for a service you are not using - in my experience no chance. Try to get through to talk to somebody to raise a complaint - expect to wait 2-3 hours. Expect them to respnd to messages on their complaint system. No chance. I will NEVER use them again, you'd be advised no to waste your money on them as well.

    A Plan car warranty

    Purchased the top car warranty this company offer for over £1700, yesterday I tried to make my first claim for my engine camshaft which BMW diagnosed and said it needs to be repaired at a cost of £2700, where I get loud knocking noises from my engine and the engine intermittently loses power.

    Motoreasy denied the claim saying it’s not a failure and it’s a service issue and I need to get the engine service ( part fixed) they know is this is not fixed it will cause larger issues and are trying to cover their backs sayings it’s a service issue and I need to get it fixed.

    Their policy clearly states all engine components are covered so is wear and tear to all components, my car only has 18,000 on it, is relatively new and always fully serviced on time.

    The company is disgraceful, I have just sent this a complaint email asking for a resolution, if one is not made I will take this up with the ombudsman service and court claim.

    The fun and the experience I got why staying in The Strat the first time has been dragging me back to the place and I'm definitely going to be visiting the place more often than before or whenever I travel to Las Vegas. The Strat is such an interesting place to consider when looking for any hospitality services. The most interesting aspect was the skypod deck. Having opportunity wine in that elevated place is one experience I would find difficult to forget, rather, I am looking forward to having more of that. The casino was another that caught my fancy real good having to place different games over there. The Strat is simply a pack of hospitality

    We were going camping, myself and two other of my friends and we needed something that would make our camping experience fun and crazy. We got all we needed for the camping but deep down I know I was missing something. So I went online in search of something that could spice up our camping experience. I stumbled across Dice and Decks. I ordered a board game and it was delivered to within few days of my placing the order. It was exactly what I wanted.     I love this club, every month they have a wide selection of different t-shirts and there is always at least one I really want. Very cheap, packaging is always secure, always arrives on time. I cannot compliment this club enough. No complaints at all. I really liked how easy they made it to pause or cancel your subscription as well you have financial issues. Unlike other subscriptions where cancelling/pausing is hidden. Keep up the good work guys ????

    You really should have the option of a ‘Zero Star’ this company just do not deserve to be in business and certainly don’t deserve any stars at all. I would implore people to go direct to the parcel company, these days the pittance you save is not worth the lack of Customer Service you get when required. I would like to say that I first used Parcel Compare a few years ago, I was very impressed then and wrote a review to say so. How things have changed, the service, care and support really couldn’t fall much lower.
    I have a very small business, this year was very hard for everyone without any additional trouble. I needed to move my stock from the UK to Bulgaria before the end of the transition period. Through the year I had been sending 2 or 3 parcels at a time, I had a few niggles, but nothing could have prepared me for the last few shipments. Sadly they were all sent in quick succession so there was no way of knowing, believe me I wouldn’t and won’t ever use them again.
    I had a shipment of 3 parcels each weighing approximately 29KG and obviously very large too. They arrived and one was missing, the other 2 looked like they had been kicked from the UK to Bulgaria. I got in touch straight away and was told that they would investigate, which could take up to 14 days. In the meantime I had to provide a list of the items involved. This was fairly easy as it was all stock that was to be shown on a TV show. The time passed and I kept asking for updates, cutting a long story short this went on for over 3 months. I had contacted the CEO of DPD by this time.
    I was so relieved when I finally got a claim form, I had lost so much by this time, I had to give notice to my design team, as I couldn’t sell much as the items lost formed part of collections. I had continually told them that the longer it went on the more damage was being done. I filled out the claim form. Since then they have disputed ownership my products, despite providing invoices, they refused to accept bank statements which clearly showed payments. I contacted the company and asked if they would provide company receipts, they did, all signed and stamped with the business stamp along with a document confirming all the invoices were paid, this was also stamped and signed. Parcel Compare came back to accuse me of editing the documents. I can prove they were all sent to me by the company by email. I have provided everything they have asked for again and again.
    This has gone on and on, they have asked for the same information over and over again. The have declined my claim and as a goodwill gesture credited the account with 15.00, I would never use them again, I would rather get on a flight and collect things myself.
    I have been suicidal, it has been devastating, thousands of pounds of stock lost. It’s a very small concern it’s devastating.
    The other shipments that I mentioned, there was so much damage in one, nothing could be retrieved. It is a polite warning not to use this disreputable company. If you need any help or assistance you will not get any and going to the courier itself will not help as the contract is direct with Parcel Compare. The only time you will get any help is when it is to pay for a shipment, apart from that they couldn’t care less.
    It is totally beyond me how a large parcel weighing nearly 30Kg can possibly go missing, it is complete incompetence and shows sheer lack of responsibility. I was proud of my ‘Craftascope’ Brand of Craft Products, now I just can’t continue, they have destroyed everything. Please don’t risk feeling as bad as I do. They have made me feel like a criminal over the last few months. I never thought I could be affected so badly, but bit by bit they have destroyed my confidence and ruined any chance of recovery.

    Please don't waste your money, I can assure you when you need help, you will not get any. Read all the reviews I am not the only one to have ended up with nothing.

    same things happened to me, nothings changed they are basically fraudsters, i cant believe trading standards have not shut them down.

Just a word to all. WATCH what u click. Be careful. Its a binding membership. But i would 100 percent suggest. And they give u 3 family member training as well for free. EXCELLENT FOR THE PRICE

    I am happy with the content so far. I have learned a lot in the first two lessons. The content and presentation are very on point. I have found that one of the websites from the examples is no longer in operation. The ad's that come up for purchasing additional material get in the way of some of the content and I nearly clicked out of the class trying to get the ad to go away.

    The information is good but they really do try to contact you a lot. They use some system that uses a new number for every text, and it takes a long time to unsubscribe from every one. There's also so many emails.

    Besides the spam, seems ok. You can do the free courses but you won't get accredited without paying, which is fair.

    Pay for a policy all year and then when you ahve a problem find any excuse not to fix.

    Told me I needed to fix my boiler myself!! When the pressure lost, I should top this up daily manually rather than them fix it.

    Fraudsters, avoid like the plague.

    **Fraudsters** Misleading Policy - DO NOT BUY

    Please do not get cover from these crooks!

    They take your money each month and then when you have a breakdown they charge £45 call out but will not repair the boiler unless you pay extortion amounts for the parts that you are covered for.

    You will wait for hours on the phone for them to answer only for them to tell you that you need to pay.

    Customer service is absolutely shocking and they are not interested in assisting you or trying to help to get your boiler fixed, they are only interested in getting more money from you.

    When you eventually give up and try to cancel the policy, they will make you wait in excess of an hour and then when they do finally pick up they cut you off so that you can’t cancel.

    Please be warned the cheaper policy is simply not worth it.

    24/7 my policy number is MS0295540 I still do not know if you are repairing my boiler or not!!! And after 1 week of calls and 3 visits from you engineers we still have no heating or hot water.

    Are you fixing my boiler that I pay you cover for? If not please cancel my policy immediately as it is impossible to get through to you or your cancellation people and I am still waiting for a manager to call me back which was promised on Friday!!

    Go with an honest and reputable company.

    after not being able to complain online or get through to a manager I wrote an email to the webteam, unbelievably, I got an email response from a DONOTREPLY email address stating the following;
    Dear Customer,
    We confirm receipt of your communication but do not formally acknowledge this as a complaint.
    As per company procedure set out on our website and Terms and Conditions all complaints must be submitted using our online process. Please refer to website to progress your matter.

    Unbelievable. Im now without hot water or heating for 10 days!!!!!! these people simply do not care and will not fix your boiler unless you pay for parts that you are covered for.

    I WILL NOT BE PARTING WITH ANY FURTHER MONEY TO 247 HOME RESCUE AS I HAVE NO CONFIDENCE THAT YOU HAVE ANY INTENTION OF FIXING MY BOILER. YOU ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND SHOULD BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS.

    I HAVE ALSO NOW CONTACTED BBC WATCHDOG & TRADING STANDARDS AND REPORTED YOU.

    It is Interesting to see all your positive feedback on trust pilot that you pay people for when they sign up by giving them a free months cover or 10% discount on their premium. This is wrong in so many ways and they are all obviously unaware that they are being scammed and that you have no intention of ever repairing a boiler that they are paying you cover for.

    Hopefully the Trading Standards and watchdog will stop this.

    100% with you on this Kevin we have had similar am utterly disgusted by the company complete scam the lot of it. We have been charged for something they knew they never covered - was happy to take the money. Did you go to watchdog in the end? If so I will also approach them. My credit card company are taking on support in retrieving the money as thankfully paid that way so it's not going to just be me fighting alone. I will be proceeding with this further also as looking online at this it is happening to so many people they need shutting down.

    247 left me with no heating, no hot water for 11 days in this kind of cold weather and then cancelled my membership. All they have done for me after paying for a few months was to switch off my perfectly working boiler and leave my family in a cold house for 10 days

    Yes, bring them to justice! 247 Home destroyer! Risk to life!
