    Their product was poor quality - and they subsequently admitted they knew it - but they did not mention on the web page which advertised this. The image on their web page showed a product with personalised gold writing that exactly matched the writing on the rest of the front cover of their folder. They later admitted to me that the personalised names would actually never match because while one set of wording was properly embossed onto the front cover, their personalised names were printed on using a completely different (cheaper and inferior) technique. The fact that their web page image showed an exact match when they knew it didn't match is contrary to the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the UK trading laws. The folders looked cheap and very strange as a result of them mixing their printing techniques. Having spoken to several other printers since, it is clear that a reputable printer would not offer this product in the first place. I sent the folders back and instead of doing what most companies would do, i.e., offer me a different option or offer a refund, they instead chose to spend hours trying different ways of printing on what they said were old folders in an attempt to prove me wrong! They refused multiple times to refund, including just a refund of the personalisation cost of £9.90, rather than the £50 overall cost. They then insulted me as a customer in an email to me, and refused to refund even the £9.90 ...because they said they had spent too long dealing with my complaint!

    You have probably had gappy/squint/overcrowded teeth your entire adult life... please, please just put up with it a while longer to save enough money for treatment from a reputable dentist.

    I wish I could attach a "before and after" photo to you show you the outcome of 6 months of treatment. You'd see zero change on bottom row of teeth and the appearance of two large gaps on the upper row. In addition to this, my "bite" has been affected and my back teeth no longer meet.

    Customer service has abysmal. They have, at least, admitted the treatment did nothing to address the overcrowding on the bottom row and had not met expectations for the movement of teeth on the top row. But beyond that I am no further forward.

    I am £800 out of pocket and face paying at least 3 times that amount to correct the functional problem (bite) and the new cosmetic problem (gaps) caused by SMT. I've now started proceedings against them, but that is going to take months.

    So, as I said above, please just wait. Save up a bit more or agree a payment plan with a proper dentist.

    How awful! Im in the same position. They have wrecked my teeth and i even paid extra as they told me i needed refinements, which i didnt, i just needed them to correct their own mistake.

    I've tried many no win no fee claims companies and none of them are touching it.

    How have you managed to start proceedings?

    BODYTRAIN ROCKET MT06 TREADMILL

    Ordered a treadmill for delivery w/c 15th June - treadmill arrived on time, so I was pleased with that.....unfortunately everything went downhill from there !
    The running deck on the treadmill split after only 4 days of use - this in spite of the fact that they claim that it is a "high strength shock absorbant running deck" with a maximum user weight of 120kg (I am 90kg)
    Tried to contact customer services through the online form on the 24th June and just got the generic email response. Tried further emails on the 27th and 30th June, and finally got a response on the 3rd July with a very short message - "Apologies for the delay in response, sorry to hear that you are having problems with the treadmill. Would you be able to take a picture of the fault so we can investigate the issue."
    Photo's were sent (again !), but 10 days later I am still waiting for any sort of update, and have now started proceedings through my credit card company to get a refund.
    This company clearly has little concern for its customers, and the quality of products that it sells are clearly inferior.
    My advice ? ......avoid them at all costs !!
    25.07.20 - Just an update on my experience with this company. They arranged to collect the treadmill - this duly arrived back with them on the 20th July (confirmed by the carrier company). I have emailed 4 times asking when the refund will be issued - guess what....no reply to any of my messages.
    22/08/20 - Further update - have sent numerous emails requesting a refund, but have never received a response. Finally got my money back through my credit card company.

    Wow I was just about to order this exact treadmill from this company, I think I will look elsewhere now!

    I placed a big order for choice as I thought that you could print off a returns label. I need to return some of the items and my order is not even showing on my account. I have contacted customer service and they just send back some standard irrevalant reply saying I should log in to another account (which I don't have)
    From reading all the dreadful reviews on here it looks like I am stuck with them! I also didn't realise it was a Chinese company or I wouldn't have ordered in the first place. It's disgusting that they can get away it!

    I have tried to find an email or phone number for their customer service but there is nothing on their website at all, I’m disgusted! If anyone can help please let me know ASAP . Thank you

    I am having the same problem, no items showing on my account, so can't return items what are not suitable.

    I agree entirely, they are ... and I certainly won't be purchasing anything else, I'm.stuck with some shoes and I cannot find the returns label and contact details are not even available; an absolute scam, I'm not happy with this company at all.
