Terrible. Ordering fine but from there the food doesn't arrive, you will find trying to communicate with the company excruciatingly bad and be luck to receive anything in return.

We wrote to them today stating, May we ask, do you know how poor the coal deliveries are ? And how uncaring and poor the telephone help is ?
We have now been waiting since 13 December 2023 for our coal delivery and the ... the phone just could not care less and treats it almost as a joke, if I ran your company I would certainly want to know how poorly customers are being treated, we have now been told this morning that the coal will not be this week, likely it will not be next week either, so we are looking at 23rd Jan onwards for a 13 December delivery ! Cashback is a scam!
I am leaving this 1 star review purely because of the Cashback scam that Mobile Phones Direct are running.
You are told you will receive x amount of cashback and that you will receive it in instalments on certain months of your contract.
What you are NOT told, unless you dive into the small print, is that you have to manually go in and fill out a form, involving you uploading that months mobile bill, for those specific months.
If you do not do this, you lose out.
I missed out on my first two instalments as I was simply unaware that I had to claim them manually.
It is also a long process to claim them, as you have to log in to your mobile provider, find the matching bill, download it and then upload it to Mobile Phones direct.
IT all feels like a very well thought out money making scheme on their part, nothing more than scam.
They are relying on people to not read the small print and miss their instalment claims.

The worst customer service
This company has the worst customer service in the world, product arrived with incorrect parts and we just get told to read instructions over and over. We have 4 of the same, have put all 4 together and 1 definitely has incorrect parts. Very unhelpful they don’t understand English. Stay away and do not use.Review about: Buy Sheds Direct
AVOID THIS COMPANY. Awful quality and customer care!
We ordered a Forest Apex Overlap Pressure Treated 12x8 Double door shed from this company as it was cheaper than other places. We had it delivered so we could construct it straight away, taking our old one down and putting our new one up as we had nowhere to store our contents safely. When the shed arrived there were 3 sections of the roof that were sodden and had black mould all over them so the shed hadn't been stored carefully. I was told to "dry it out and wash it off with bleach." We started to construct our shed to then find the windows that they supplied where NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE. I could cut the plastic with a pair of scissors. It was like the plastic you get around toys in a box! We had to rush out, on a Sunday, to buy some polycarbonate Lite Glaze from B and Q at the cost of £78 to enable our shed to be secure overnight. The following day I asked for the company to reimburse me as I was out of pocket but they still insist that their windows are "Polycarbonate windows." They said, " We cannot pay for upgrades in materials." I wasn't upgrading my shed. I was simply putting windows up that were reasonable quality. As you can read we were very disappointed in the quality of the shed. We still need to pay out more money to buy some more wood to strengthen the floor as it is weak in places. The catch supplied to put the padlock through was very small and needed to be replaced too. All in all I would AVOID THIS COMPANY. QUALITY POOR. NOTHING LIKE WE EXPECTED. We saved for months to get this shed and now it is costing us more than we budgeted for. I'm not a person that writes negative reviews but felt it was necessary on this occasion. (I much prefer to write a positive one.)
sheds direct and forest are the same company. They also operate under other identities. Look them up on companies House!
Either way your contract is with sheds direct not forest so they are responsible!Review about: Alpine Elements

Bunch of cowboys refusing refunds, non existent customer service, no managers to be seen or heard. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS. I’m going to have to pursue legal action now. Terrible company effectively playing god with customers money.

I think your problem is probably with Forest rather than Sheds direct. We have had endless issues with Forest
products bought directly from Forest and also other suppliers.
