My order has been cancelled by NITDH with no reason given. Review about: Suntransfers
Pre-paid airport transfer
I booked and paid for a Suntransfers taxi to collect us on arrival at Corfu airport. I'd been trying to contact Suntransfers all day to let them know our flight was delayed but it was impossible to get through to anyone, just Suntransfers appalling 'live chat', which is just a bot spitting out phrases. We arrived an hour and a half late but the Suntransfers booking voucher was clear they monitor flight arrivals. However, when we arrived, there was no driver. We checked the arrival point, we wandered around all the outside, checked inside (Corfu airport is small) and no driver. After 15 minutes, we gave up and got another taxi. This would have been bad enough, but Suntransfers point blank refused to refund me! They pretended the driver was there all along (he wasn't - Suntransfers rang me when I was 15 minutes into my journey in the other taxi to say he'd arrived) and then said they would only refund me if I could prove the driver wasn't there! Suntransfers is unreliable and can't even acknowledge and do the right thing when they cocked up.

Leggings
Having purchased leggings from the Select store in the past and been happy with the quality and sizing I am disappointed to find that no 2 pairs are the same size or fit when ordering online i ordered 2 x14s and 2x16s and one pair of 16s are very flared at the bottoms I thought leggings were supposed to fit close to your leg and the 14s were both different fitting. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Lovely dress. But sleeves were too short and knot back on picture was much lower than actual. Picture image would cover a bra. Actual item cannot wear a bra. I had free delivery but ended up having to pay royal mail postage fee of £2.50. For them to deliver. Then had to pay it again to return. Complete rip off.

Very poor experience with this company. Over three weeks after ordering my items have still not arrived and this is proven on the Royal Mail online tracking. They have ignored three requests for a refund. I have shared my poor experience on their Facebook and instagram pages and they have deleted my comments. I have no idea no idea what their products are like but don’t waste your money.
Appalling service from this company. Products not received. Paid 29.99 and despite several emails have not received a refund. Would advise not to use this company. I have written in their FB page too but they just remove my comments.

Hunky dory Christmas collection and hunky dory magazine
Ordered the above, got notification arrived at local sorting depot. Kept getting message delivery delayed for 24 hours. Meanwhile got another delivery from Hermes that was ordered after this one that wasn't delivered. Got in touch with C and C customer service, fobbing me off with "will be delivered tomorrow". This has gone on and on. Then contacted Hermes myself who told me it will be delivered today. It wasn't. Now after 7 days of non delivery emailed customer services to say it's obviously lost somewhere in the depot, so I'd like a refund. Got message back saying "we have requested Hermes return your parcel to us and only then can we give you a refund". My question is, if Hermes can send the parcel back to them, then why can't they deliver it to me? It's obviously been lost, so why can't they be honest and tell me. I'm waiting another five days then I will escalate my complaint because I want my money back as none of this is my fault, so why should they keep my money! Now decided not renew my membership and sadly won't be buying anything from them again.
