    Online fitness app

    The online fitness app has loads of different workouts for every level, intensity, and length of time. The instructors really know their stuff, and the workouts are top-notch. It's great that they also have meditation and other well-being stuff on there too. The price is a bit steep, but still cheaper than a gym membership. They add hundreds of new videos each month, so there's always something new to try. One thing they could do better is to add more filtering options, like for hands-free or wrist-friendly workouts, or exercises for postpartum recovery. Hopefully they'll add these in the future as the app keeps improving.

    I've been using this yoga app for three years and I have to say, it's always been great. There's a wide range of classes to choose from, and instructors like Ashley are just amazing. I decided to purchase the annual membership with a '50% lifetime' discount, which I thought was a fantastic offer. But, when I tried to renew my membership with the discount, I was informed that it only applied to memberships that remained continuously active. This crucial detail was not clearly explained to me at the time of my initial purchase. It took weeks of going back and forth to get clarity on the situation, and by the end of it, I was so frustrated that I no longer wished to continue my membership.

    As someone who's been using Alo for a while now, I've always loved the top-notch classes and content they offer. But I gotta admit, I was taken aback this year when they hiked up their subscription price by quite a bit. I tried getting in touch with customer service to see if they had any promos or discounts available, but sadly, I didn't hear back from them at all. This lack of response and care for their customers really made me feel let down and unappreciated as a loyal user. Even though they've got awesome classes and content, I just can't see myself shelling out the full price anymore when there are other companies out there that value customer satisfaction more.

    AppleTV app experience

    I was well up for giving the AppleTV app a go after hearing about all the different classes on offer. Unfortunately, right from the get-go, I didn't have a great time. The fact that there were no filtering options by difficulty, style, or intensity made it a real pain trying to find classes that I'd actually enjoy. Even though the navigation had options for filtering, they were pretty much useless because all they showed was "all" categories. This made it really tricky and took ages to find a class that suited me, especially with so many classes to choose from.

    I'm really not happy with how this company has been treating me. They went ahead and charged me for another year's subscription without even telling me first. I've tried getting in touch with customer support by email and phone, but no one has got back to me. I cancelled my subscription and then out of the blue, they charged me over 220 euros without telling me first.     I've been a customer for almost two years now, so I was quite surprised when my annual subscription automatically renewed without any warning. It's a bit frustrating to see companies not remembering to let their loyal customers know before charging them the full price. Just a quick email notification sent at least a couple of weeks before the renewal date would have been really nice. Also, it would be great if they offered us existing customers the same special deals they give to new customers. That would definitely help build more loyalty and trust.

    Long-time customer feedback

    I've been following this platform for years, ever since it had different owners. The teachers who have been there a while are amazing, they really know their stuff and have helped me improve so much. But lately, I've noticed a drop in quality since they brought in new instructors and these Instagram "influencers." Their classes just don't flow as well, and some of them sound like they're out of breath all the time, which is pretty off-putting. They blame it on the microphone, but it's been going on for too long now. It would be nice to see more diversity in their classes too, with people of different ages, body shapes, and backgrounds. The app itself is a bit of a mess, it keeps crashing and makes it hard to find what you're looking for. It's a shame, but after all this time, I've decided not to renew my subscription.

    Subscription price increase, annoying new teachers, time to find another app

    I used to really enjoy this app when it was Cody, but now I find it quite frustrating. The price for the annual subscription has almost doubled suddenly, and the new teachers are always trying to sell me things during class. It's just lost its charm, so I reckon it's about time I start looking for a new app.

    Yeah, so I signed up for this annual subscription and everything was fine initially. However, they ended up overcharging me and when I tried to contact them, no one even bothered to respond! It seems like they only care about taking people's money and not about their customers. Not cool at all.
