Subscription issue
Unfortunately, I've been really disappointed with the service. I asked to cancel, but I'm still getting charged two months later. Having to call and wait on hold for 30 minutes with no solution is just not on. It's really annoying to feel like no one is listening to my problems and that they're just taking my money.
Subscription to a sports streaming service
I've been using a sports streaming service since it started. I pay for it, so I don't think it's fair to be bombarded with ads, especially when I'm watching something like MotoGP or Formula 1. It's always football ads that pop up, which is annoying. If a better option comes along, I won't think twice about switching. The quality of the service seems to be getting worse with time.
Paid service for a specific event
I bought access to a pay-per-view event online not long ago, thinking I'd cancel my subscription straight away. But then I found out there was a 30-day notice period needed for cancellation, and I'd be charged for those extra days. I tried to take my payment details off the account, but cancelling wasn't easy. The only choices for cancelling were either through phone calls or online chats, where I felt pushed to keep my subscription by being given discounted prices. All in all, my time with the service was a letdown and annoying, and I wouldn't think about using it again in the future.
Wasted money
That was an absolute rip-off! The service they gave was shockingly terrible. It's unbelievable how little they care about what the customers actually want. It's obvious this company couldn't care less about keeping their customers happy, judging by how bad their service is. I won't be going back there, that's for sure. I suggest everyone else avoid them like the plague.
Subscription experience
I had a pretty rubbish time with that subscription service. They made it a nightmare to cancel, and I felt like they were pushing me to keep paying for something I didn't even want anymore. It just left me feeling really put out, so I wouldn't advise anyone to give it a go.
PPV and monthly subscription
As someone who just bought a PPV event and a monthly subscription from this platform, I was really let down by the service I got. When I cancelled my subscription to stop more charges, they cut off my access to the PPV event I'd paid for straight away. I tried to get in touch with customer service loads of times to sort it out, but it was no use. The whole thing was really annoying and disheartening, and now I'm feeling pretty fed up. It's obvious that they need to do better with looking after customers and talking to them in this company.
Live PPV stream for Usyk/Fury fight
I bought the live PPV stream for the Usyk/Fury fight from this company recently. But to my surprise, I was charged for an extra 'Free Months Subscription' that needed a month's notice to cancel. There was no obvious way to say no to this subscription when I was buying it, and they didn't warn me about the extra cost. I only found out when I tried to cancel it after the fight and lost £12. It's pretty frustrating to be tricked like this, and it makes me wonder about the company's honesty and values.
Troublesome support experience
I had some tech problems with my streaming service and got in touch with the customer support team for help. Sadly, every time I got in touch, I had to spend ages explaining the problem, only to be told they'd email me - but never did. I was so fed up with the lack of help that I tried to cancel my contract because of the bad service, but they said no. All in all, my time with the support team was a letdown and I wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.
Boxing streaming service
The boxing shows on this streaming service just don't stack up to what HBO's boxing after dark used to serve up 15-20 years back. For a subscription fee of $20 a month, it's just not worth it because most of the best stuff is now on pay-per-view (PPV) for an extra charge. And as if that wasn't bad enough, you've got to sit through ads during the main event which just leaves you feeling let down and annoyed. It's pretty clear that they care more about making money than keeping the viewers happy. My tip - give it a miss.
Subscription cancellation process
Cancelling my subscription was such a nightmare, it was a total faff! They deliberately make it tricky to cancel, making you go through all sorts of hoops and forcing you to chat or speak to someone on the phone just to end it. And can you believe they tried to make me cough up one more payment before finally letting me cancel? Absolutely ridiculous!
PPV Boxing subscription scam
Yeah, so I decided to watch this major boxing event. However, I had to subscribe for it, with the promise that I could cancel any time. But guess what, when I wanted to cancel, they sprung a 30-day notice on me and billed me extra! Can you believe it? They didn't mention any of this before I signed up, which really isn't fair. I'm fuming about it, such a scam.
