    I bought this bookcase online for my house from a website that uses ShipStation for deliveries, and I have to say, I was quite let down by the service. The first time they tried to drop it off, there were some problems with the truck, which caused a delay. Then, on the second try, the bookcase arrived all bashed up. The whole thing was just so irritating and I definitely won't be using them again.

    I'm trying to send parcels to Europe through IOSS, but I keep getting charged VAT upon delivery. The customer service is not being very helpful at all. UPS told me that ShipStation entered the data in the wrong fields. I've tried multiple times to get a useful response, but so far, no luck.

    Unwanted communication from ShipStation representative

    I've been getting loads of messages from a person at ShipStation called Payton Gregory. Even though I've asked them several times to stop contacting me, they keep calling, texting, leaving voicemails, and emailing me. It's really invasive and makes me feel uncomfortable, like I'm being followed. They're getting in touch way too often, like twice a day, which is just not on. This whole situation has made me lose any trust I had in this company, and I won't be using their services again.

    UPS account discount issue

    I was just using ShipStation, y'know, and it turns out they were keeping all the discounts they got from their UPS account instead of passing them on to me! How rude is that? I even set up my very own UPS account which was much cheaper, but ShipStation wouldn't use it unless I got rid of their automation things. Such a pain! I've decided to completely ditch ShipStation and give Shippo a try instead.

    Unauthorized Debit Card Transaction

    Recently, I had a bit of a shock when I noticed an unauthorised charge on my bank account from a company called ShipStation. I have never used or set up an account with them as I usually use Stamps.com for all my shipping needs. When I contacted Stamps.com for help, they just gave me a phone number for ShipStation which turned out to be dead-end, leaving me stuck with no support. I believe that somehow my card details were accessed through Stamps.com, resulting in this dodgy transaction with ShipStation. Now I have to go through the hassle of closing my current card and getting a new one because of ShipStation's dodgy behaviour. Their lack of communication and failure to fix this issue quickly makes me think that they are not operating fairly, especially considering the similar complaints I found online. I really want to close my account with them and get my money back soon.

    Shipping management software

    As a customer of Shipping management software, I have had a really bad experience with their service in terms of problem-solving and customer support. For the past six weeks, I have been struggling to fix an issue but keep getting passed around without any real solutions. ShipStation always seems to shift the blame onto their integration partners like Stamps.com, FedEx, UPS, eBay, and Amazon whenever something goes wrong, instead of taking charge and managing these partnerships properly. This lack of accountability has made dealing with their customer service team a frustrating and unhelpful experience, as they have not been able to resolve any of my problems.

    Lost packages experience

    I've had a bit of a let-down recently with the service I got for my two packages that were sent through this company. Sadly, both parcels were lost during delivery, which meant they took much longer to arrive than I had hoped. It was pretty frustrating for me as a customer, having to wait much longer for my stuff. I was left feeling pretty disappointed with the service from the company. I think they should really sort out these problems quickly so they can keep their customers happy and coming back.

    Software tool functionality

    I've been so frustrated with this software tool lately. It's really good when it's working, but it's been causing me loads of problems for the last month. The support team hasn't been much help, just giving me generic answers that don't actually fix anything. This tool is super important for my work, so not having it working properly for so long has been really annoying.

    Shipping label printing issues

    The online app for printing shipping labels through Paypal is just terrible, to be honest. It hardly ever works properly and the orders page tends to play up if you have fewer than 20 orders to deal with. I've been contacting support nearly every day but the problem doesn't seem to get any better. The support team does try to assist, but they keep recommending the same solutions and asking the same questions before handing it over to the 'senior' support team, who never seem to respond at all.

    Difficulty finding customer support

    The customer support process was so frustrating - we kept going round in loops and couldn't find an email address to send our complaint. It felt like the company was purposely making it difficult for us customers to voice our concerns. It looks like they've gotten too big for their boots and could do with a big financial scandal to bring them back down to reality.

    Recent overcharges

    I've had some major issues with ShipStation recently. Twice in the last few months, I got hit with extra charges for my shipments. The first time, they added an extra £340.00 for a three-package shipment, and then £194.00 for a two-package shipment the second time. It's really frustrating as a business to be blindsided by these charges, especially when they're so large. I could cope with the odd small mistake of £5.00 or £10.00, but these errors are just too much and I can't negotiate on them.
