Suggestible for photo gifts
I first time came to know about Snapfish while I was looking for personalized gifts. Photo gifts and products when they are personalized become quite emotional. So very website I found useful on that. Snapfish stood out . I explored a huge range of photo gifts. My wife loved it.
It was a canvas picture, very large. high quality, great material, easy to apply.
Then, later I found out so many photo-based products on it.

I recently bought a photo book from this service to make a special album after I retired from my Cakes/Sugar Artistry business. Putting the album together was quite a task that needed a lot of effort and time, but I was really pleased with how it turned out. Free prints expiration
I'm pretty disappointed that Snapfish has decided to stop offering free prints to existing customers after 4 years of sticking with them. It just feels like a bit of a kick in the teeth to those of us who have been supporting them for so long. Limiting the offer to new customers only is really annoying and makes me wonder if my loyalty is even appreciated. I get that they want to attract new customers, but it shouldn't be at the cost of those of us who have been there for them no matter what.

Photo book order with attached receipt
I ordered a photo book from this company not too long ago. Making the book was easy and it turned out really beautiful. However, I was let down when I saw there was a paper receipt stuck to the back of the book. It had my order number and a random stock photo on it, which made the whole book look a bit cheap and tacky. I got in touch with customer service to ask about it, and they sent me a new book. Unfortunately, the replacement also had the same receipt attached. It affected the look of both books I ordered, which was a shame.
Birthday book gift
I ordered a personalised book for a birthday present, way before the big day. Unfortunately, the order took ages to process, which was really disappointing! Even after reaching out to customer service several times, all I got was a response saying to be patient and no chance of a refund. It took them a whole two weeks to realise the mistake, but by then it was already too late. They did refund me eventually, but didn't try to make things right. It left a bad taste in my mouth and now I won't be using their services again.

I had a problem with the printing of my album but the customer service team was really helpful. They gave me some vouchers to have it reprinted and the new photos were much better. The preview was still a bit off but the final project looked great. In the end, I was happy with how it turned out.

I bought a photo mug for my husband's birthday not long ago and I'm really happy with how it turned out. It was easy to design and the tips for choosing a good photo were useful. The mug is great quality and my husband really likes it. It arrived when expected and was well packaged.

I ordered some photo prints recently and was really disappointed because two out of the three prints were cropped too much, even though they looked fine on my device. These were the three photos that I was most excited about getting printed, so it was a let down to see them not turn out as I had hoped. I thought a company specialising in photo printing would have better quality control.
Photo Book Purchase
So, I thought I'd treat myself to a photo book online, feeling pretty pleased with myself for finding it at £22. But would you believe it, the very next day I get an email telling me it's been reduced to just £10 for Father's Day. No special deals, just a tenner flat out. Obviously, I was a bit miffed and got in touch with customer service. They ended up giving me a refund of £6.80, trying to justify it with various discounts, but it still doesn't seem fair to me. If it's down to £10 now, why aren't I getting the full refund?
