    I was really happy with how quickly I managed to book a hire car on this website. The prices were a lot cheaper than the other sites I looked at. But I did get a bit confused about where exactly the car hire offices were, whether they were at the airport or somewhere else.     Educational program for my 5-year-old

    This program has been quite troublesome for me, as I've had to to get in touch with customer service several times to sort out problems. It's really frustrating when they try to blame it on my device or some server issue. Despite these difficulties, I have noticed my son improving and benefiting from using it. The educational activities can be dull and sometimes feel like a chore, so I have to encourage him to finish them every day.     I recently bought some windows and doors from a company that turns out to be going into liquidation. It was confirmed by the administrator of one of their partner companies. Both companies have the same directors, which you can easily check on Companies House. A friend of mine paid a lot of money for products she never got, and she can't get through to the company as they're not answering calls or have blocked numbers. Trying to figure out how to get her money back hasn't been successful, as direct payments aren't covered by normal consumer protections. It's really frustrating and worrying to see this company still taking orders and payments even though they have no intention of delivering. This kind of behaviour is not just dodgy, but also raises concerns about possible fraud.

    I bought this really fancy wine rack from this company on the 8th of January 2021 as a birthday gift. They said it could take up to 26 days to get delivered, but when that time passed, I phoned up to check on my order. Turns out, their office hours didn't even include 10.45 on a weekday, which made it tricky to get hold of them. So, I decided to email them and got an automatic reply, but nothing came after that. I sent another email, letting them know how frustrated I was and even said I'd cancel my order if they didn't respond that day. That's when they told me the item wouldn't be made for another 4 months! The silver lining was that they didn't charge me until they sent it out. All in all, their service was a complete mess. I'd advise looking elsewhere for a wine rack.

    I recently bought a long sleeve t-shirt from this shop and I have to say, the ordering process went smoothly and without any problems. However, the service I got afterwards was really lacking. Once my item was sent out, I found out it was going to be delivered by a courier called Evri. Unfortunately, that's when the problems started. Twice I got notifications saying that my delivery couldn't be completed that day. The tracking info didn't really help much, so I had no idea what was going on with my order. Despite emailing customer service multiple times, I got no reply. It wasn't until I talked in a live chat that I finally got some kind of update, but even then, there were more delays and confusion. After nearly two weeks of waiting, I was told that I had apparently rejected the delivery, which just wasn't true. I had to threaten legal action before I finally got a refund. All in all, it was a really frustrating and disappointing experience, and I'd warn anyone thinking of ordering from this company to really consider it carefully beforehand.
