    The customer service I got from the company was terrible. I ordered some food delivery and they charged me, but I never got my order. I tried getting in touch with customer service a few times to ask about my missing delivery, but I didn't hear back at all. It's really annoying not knowing what's going on, with nobody paying attention to my worries. I had to go through other ways just to get a reply. It's a shame to see a company not taking responsibility and showing care.

    Yeah, so I had to get new WiFi put in and it was a bit of a challenge, but this amazing bloke from my neck of the woods really came through for me! He had to pop back a few times to sort out some cable issues, but he was really friendly and made sure I was on the same page. He even put in extra effort to get everything sorted before I had to start working from home. I'm really grateful for his help, he's top-notch!

    Hey, so I finally got my hands on my shiny new bike and it's absolutely fab, except there were a couple of issues right off the bat. The brake line at the front was crazy long, like a skipping rope or something! Also, it seems the rubber insert for the frame went AWOL, which was a bit frustrating. And on top of that, the little plate thing between the gears and frame was wonky, so shifting gears was a nightmare. Definitely not the best situation to be in, you know?

    I thought emailing customer support would sort it out, but all I got in return was a standard robot response. Tried again, but still no luck. And to add insult to injury, the chat feature wasn't even working so I couldn't talk to a real person about my bike troubles. Pretty disappointing stuff, to be honest.

    Family Ski Holiday

    We've just come back from a brilliant family ski trip! The chalet we stayed in at Les Arcs was absolutely spot on - lovely hosts, delicious food, and everything was so well-organised thanks to SkiWorld.     I'm sorry to say that I've had a bit of a problem with a recent purchase I made from your store. I got a blouse and skirt from the website, but when they arrived, I wasn't happy with the quality. So, I sent them back on November 22nd, following the instructions for returns. However, I still haven't received my refund and that's really getting me worried.     Overpriced flight tickets

    I ended up buying tickets for a flight that cost more than the initial price. One leg of the flight wasn't confirmed, so I had to purchase a new ticket for that part, which was more expensive. Then, another leg of the flight wasn't confirmed either, so after a lot of back and forth, I had to buy another costly ticket for a longer layover. To make matters worse, I was billed for a trial Prime membership without my authorisation. After three days of stressful discussions, my trip ended up being much more costly (around 1200€) with inconvenient flights. Is there a reason behind all this? I definitely won't be using this company again.

    Small folding garden table

    I bought a little folding garden table not too long ago, and, although it took a bit longer to get here than I thought it would, I've been quite pleased with it. When I first unpacked it, there was a really strong smell of varnish or some sort of wood treatment, but luckily, it faded away pretty quickly as it's meant for outdoor use. The size fits my small garden perfectly, and I like that it folds up neatly for simple storage. The strong fasteners beneath the table top mean it stays put when it's unfolded, so I can move it around without having to worry about it suddenly folding up on me.

    We had a great time during our dinner cruise, mainly because of Angie, our lovely waitress! She really looked after us and made sure we had a good time all evening. However, the recorded tour and trivia facts about landmarks along the Thames were a bit of a distraction. It was hard to appreciate the boat's decor and atmosphere while trying to focus on the information. It would have been nicer to have some light classical or lounge music playing instead.
