Poor streaming quality
I gave the streaming service a go recently and I have to say, I was really let down by the quality. The video just kept on buffering, the audio was all out of sync, and the whole experience was just not up to scratch. I felt like it was a waste of my hard-earned cash and I really do hope that they pull their socks up and sort out their service sharpish.
Mobile phone compatibility issue
I'm really disappointed with the lack of support for my device on this platform. It's so frustrating to have to go out and buy a new phone just because the service doesn't support my current one anymore. And now, they've made changes so that Android devices can't even rent movies - it's just not right. Not everyone has an iPhone, so it's really disheartening to see such a restricted attitude towards which devices can be used.
Frustrating football subscription
We've been subscribed for a few years mainly for football, but we've had enough now. We thought changing internet providers would help, but after reading customer reviews, we can see the real problem. We're giving up - can't even watch 5 minutes of a match without it freezing. It's really poor quality for what we're paying. We're just glad we won't be watching the Euros on this service, we'll find channels that actually care about their customers!
Streaming subscription
As someone who knows a bit about streaming, I have to say I'm pretty happy overall as a customer. They've got loads of stuff to watch, like movies, TV shows, and live sports – it's pretty cool. The website is easy to use, so you can find your way around and see new things to watch. But, like with any streaming site, there's always room for improvement. The system that suggests what you might like could be better, because I often get recommended things I'm not really interested in. Also, sometimes you can't find certain things you want to watch, which can be annoying. But, even with these little problems, I generally like the service and will keep using it.
Live football streaming
I had a go at signing up for this service to watch a live football game, but I came across obstacles at every step. The website was baffling and wouldn't take my Sky viewing card number, saying it was already in their system but not giving any way to fix it. I tried signing up via Amazon Prime, but ran into the same problems. It was all total nonsense, and I won't bother trying again.

I tested out this streaming service and honestly, it was a complete disaster. It just kept freezing and crashing constantly. The customer service team advised me to update things that didn't even fix the problem. It feels like they're just dodging the issue and can't handle it when things go awry. I ended up paying for a service that I couldn't even make use of. What a rip-off company. My advice? Steer clear of it. I definitely am...
Viaplay sport
I completely agree with all negative reports. I bought this to watch Scotland game and Rangers winning the Cups in season 2023/2024 but this service is diabolical. Don't buy it .There is no continuity. Picture breaks up. Commentary does not match what is happening on screen. I'm going to claim my money back. Why did Scottish football get involved with this ...?
