Fantastic Customer Service
In today's world, it can sometimes feel like good customer service is hard to find, but I was proven wrong by Videvo. I ran into an issue with my purchase and was really impressed by how quickly and efficiently their team handled it. They not only sorted out the problem in no time at all, but they did so in a really professional and friendly manner. It was a nice change from the usual automated responses and standard messages you often get. I truly felt like they cared about me as a customer and went the extra mile to make sure I was happy. Great service like this is rare these days, and Videvo definitely went above and beyond to meet my expectations.

Shifted to credit card only subscription
Oh, it's so frustrating! I've been a subscriber for a long time, and suddenly they're telling me I have to input my credit card information or I won't be able to watch videos anymore. Like, really? I heard they were taken over by a Spanish company, and now they're all about collecting personal data. No way, not for me! I'm not comfortable giving out my credit card details to every company that requests it. I think I'll just continue using Adobe, even if it costs more. At least they don't make you give away all your information.

I bought some stock images and they were pretty good quality, but I thought the market was a bit too formal and business-like. I was looking for more artistic options to pick from. Overall, not too bad but definitely could do with a bit more creativity.
Cancelled subscription mishap
I'm so frustrated! I tried to cancel my subscription 5 months ago, but for some reason, it didn't go through and they have been charging me for the past 5 months. Can you believe it? Then, just the other day, I tried to cancel again, but it kept showing an error message and told me to contact support. I had to go ahead and cancel my card altogether, what a complete nightmare! I'm currently waiting for support to respond, but I haven't heard anything back yet. Can you believe they even tried to charge my card again? It's so annoying!
Audio purchases
The range of audio choices on the site is really good, and the sounds are top quality. But, for someone who's new to the platform, it can be a bit confusing to find your way around all the different categories. Despite that, I do really like the variety of options available and I'm thankful for the great service. I'm excited to keep using Videvo for all my audio needs.
Great clips for my website
I came across some great clips on this website that really helped me create some amazing videos for my website, Prep4School.com. The membership is reasonably priced and definitely worth it for the sheer amount of content you can access!
Sound effects, music, and videos
The range of sound effects, music, and videos to choose from is really good, lots of options. But the subscription system is a bit disappointing. If you want to switch to a lower plan, you have to cancel your current subscription, which means you lose all your download credits. It doesn't feel like a very loyal way to treat customers who have been with them for a long time.
High-quality video footage
The video footage looks really good and top-notch quality. They've got tons of shots, some even longer than 50 inches which is pretty impressive. Customer service was quick and really good, the support team were so professional and helpful. All in all, I had a great experience and I'm happy with the service I got.
Travel video clips
I really love all the different travel videos you can find on this platform. I can't afford to travel the world myself, so being able to watch and download such high-quality clips is amazing. It really helps me add something special to my projects and create beautiful visuals without having to go anywhere. The only thing that's a bit annoying is when those iStock clips pop up as ads - they can be a bit distracting.
Quick and easy purchase
I bought something from the website the other day and it was dead easy to do. The site is really simple to use and moving around the different categories was a piece of cake. Though, the one thing I think is missing is a place where you can ask for specific videos. It would be ace for folks like me who make stuff to be able to ask for certain videos we can't find.
