My teeth straightening aligners experience has been a bit of a mixed bag. Good news is that my teeth have improved a lot with the aligners, they're looking straight like I expected from the start, and my bite feels good. However, it seems my experience isn't the same as others. When my aligners stopped fitting properly halfway through the first round, they quickly did new impressions and gave me new aligners. They even refunded me when they realised the new set was for daytime wear instead of nighttime like I'd paid for, which was nice of them.

Refund process
I recently had a really annoying time trying to get a refund from this company called Mona. They had been holding onto my refund since the end of August. After weeks of going back and forth with them and getting nowhere, I decided to take action and got in touch with my bank. Just two weeks after my bank started looking into it, I got a cheque and an apology from Mona. If you're in the same boat, my suggestion is don't hesitate to contact your bank or payment provider to get your money back. You might also want to think about getting PayPal involved if needed. After this whole mess, I won't be trusting Mona again. Best of luck to anyone going through something similar.

At first, my patio door order got a bit delayed, but it all worked out in the end and I'm thrilled with my new door. Dennis, the fitter, did a brilliant job. He worked hard, getting the lintel in one day and the door in the next. Even with all the building work required, Dennis and the other fitters were really friendly and made sure everything was neat and tidy when they finished. I'll definitely go back to them when I decide to replace my other windows.

When the box arrived, it was pretty obvious that someone had messed with it. The Lenovo seal had been cut and taped back on. On top of that, the batteries that were meant to come with it were nowhere to be seen. To make things even worse, the delivery was all over the place - it didn't come on the day it was supposed to, but the day after. I had to take time off work just to be home for it. And to make matters more annoying, DHL Germany gave the package to Colissimo instead of delivering it themselves.
As if that wasn't bad enough, Cafago had the cheek to ask for a review four days before I even got the package. Drone (98€)
I'm really upset about the drone I bought for 98€. It's nothing like what was described on the sales page. The remote control doesn't work up to 50 meters as promised, and the drone goes all over the place before crashing after just 3 minutes, even with a fully charged battery. The seller won't take it back and keeps asking for more "proof". I've had to involve PayPal Buyer Protection to sort this out.
