    Pre-lit christmas tree

    I bought a pre-lit christmas tree from them in November 2022, seemingly all was fine until November 2023 when I opened to use it again and the lights didn't work. I contacted them as after less than 5 weeks of use this felt sub-standard. I was informed that due to me being in touch 1 year and 3 DAYS after placing my order and the fact they no longer work with the supplier that I wasn't entitled to anything as a result of a product clearly not being fit for purpose. They offered me £20 as a 'goodwill gesture' to buy some lights which is insulting. If ypu're thinking about buying from them then do yourself a favour and don't - Go somewhere more reliable

    Arranged car pick up for 00:15 on 17 March.

    Arrived at Drivalia a few minutes early to collect car to be advised that they had not received our booking from Enjoy Travel and they had no car for us! We were then advised to come back at 6am in the morning (6 hours later!) as they were receiving a delivery of cars and would have a car for us then.

    Went back to the Drivalia office at 6am and it was closed. (opening hours advised were 06:00-00:30).

    Tried ringing office number and Emergency mobile telephone number repeatedly, but no answer.

    Waited outside the office until someone finally bothered to turn up at 7am before we could get a car.

    Absolutely disgusted that had to wait 8 hours in the airport (we landed at 11pm).

    I have written to EnjoyTravel and they advised I did not arrive before office closed at 00:30. Despite the fact I advised them I was in the office before 00:15. CCTV will prove that.

    I emailed Enjoy Travel again on 21st April asking for a refund, but they have not bothered to reply.

    Avoid at all costs, cost almost £100 for a car for 26 hours.

    Not at all impressed.

    Overwhelming shopping experience with Autumn and May

    I have always been a lover of jewelry. On my last birthday, my husband surprised me with gold earrings, bracelets, and necklaces which he bought from Autumn and May. I was excited and overjoyed. Then one night, I was invited to a dinner party by a close friend, I decided to wear the jewelry my husband bought for me. When I got there, everyone started looking at me and admiring the jewelry I was wearing. I began to feel overwhelmed when they started asking me where I got them from. I told them it was Autumn and May. They all decide to check it out. I had a good experience wearing their jewelry.

    Just got back from one of the worst holidays I have ever experienced. Isle of Wight Friday to Monday… although 2 days of this was spent traveling for absolutely no reason! I say traveling but I mean having to get off the coach every half an hour because the coach driver had no clue!
    We got picked up Friday morning and dropped off at Cobham to catch our main coach and what a coach it was!! It must of been Shearings oldest coach, very uncomfortable and it had so many scratches and dents I don’t know how you allowed it to be used!
    Had to waste time in Cobham on the outbound journey and then we had to waste time at the Ferry terminal in Portsmouth. We eventually got on to the Ferry and then finally made our way to the hotel… and oh boy what a hotel!!
    We received our key and was told that the lift doesn’t work and they can’t get an engineer out yet as it’s the weekend and it’s the Isle of Wight (so apparently no engineers work on the Isle of Wight). Walked up the stairs to the room (The ceiling in the corridor had mould patches which I have photos of) to our room and unlocked the door to what can only be described as an absolute ... hole. There is no way on earth that room had been cleaned in what must of been months. Thick dust everywhere, thick cobwebs with spiders hanging off them, crumbs over the carpet, mould on the window, stains on the bathroom wall which were brown streaks so I will leave that to your imagination as to what it was.
    Now it’s time for dinner, if you can call it dinner. A choice of three things for starters, main and dessert, starters mainly being soup every night. My soup eventually arrived and at first I thought it was actually nice, until I had a slither of the tin in the soup which had obviously come off when the chef opened a tin. All of the starters and mains were either cold or lukewarm, service was extremely slow as there was only 2/3 servers working as the hotel was so short staffed (despite knowing a coach full of people were arriving)
    The next night we sat in one of the lounges before dinner and noticed that on the lower part of the wall had water marks where there had been a leak, so we looked up at the ceiling and there was thick black mould pores on the ceiling (again I took photos of this as we couldn’t believe this actually passed health and safety)
    The night before we were due to travel home we were informed that the hotel would not be providing us with a cooked breakfast that morning (despite it being included in the cost) and instead they would lay on cereals and if we would like a hot breakfast sandwich to take with us on the coach we would have to let them know… which I did and received a very cold sausage sandwich.
    The journey home was an absolute shambles, we had to get up at 5:45 to get down for cereals as the coach was leaving at 7:15. We reached the ferry and the coach driver informed us that we were being put on an earlier ferry home (absolutely no need for it) and because of that he would stop at a service station somewhere along the motorway. So we were driving along and the driver pulls in to one service station which only had a Starbucks and a petrol station and tells us he will drive further along to find one with better amenities. He finally pulls in to another service station which only had yet again another Starbucks and a petrol station!! But insists we have to waste 45 minutes here as we were ahead of schedule! How ridiculous! It wasn’t even a proper service station! So we all eventually get back on the coach and the driver tells us we are about 30 minutes away from Cobham (Where we have to pick up our transfer coach) but 7 minutes later we are at Cobham! The driver clearly doesn’t have a clue on the roads! So because it only took 7 minutes to get from petrol station Starbucks to Cobham instead of the 30 minutes the driver stated we had to waste 2 and a half hours at Cobham service station before we could get our coach transfer.
    This whole holiday for the 3 of us cost £919… £919 spent traveling for two days and inhaling mould and dust for the other two.
    A journey that should of taken 3 and a half hours tops instead took 7 and a half hours,
    Unhappy is an understatement.

    Long green winter Jacket with fur collar

    After I ordered my jacket I came on and read the reviews. I seen all the negative comments and thought oh great. Im never getting my jacket. However my jacket came 2 weeks later which i thought was a bit long but its beautiful. I'm a size 10/12 normally and went for the xl its perfect. I emailed the company a couple of times and they replied promptly.

    Ordered a top Oct 16th . Nothing. Sent several emails. Was told it would arrive in 5 days. There is a tracking status on their website saying it was with the airline on Nov 20th. It's now 10th December - still nothing. I have emailed for a refund. NO RESPONSE. THEY ARE A JOKE!!! DO NOT BOTHER WITH THEM!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN IGNORE YOU!

    Yes, you are so right about fake reviews. If you go onto Trust Pilot, they give a warning that some of the reviews have been removed as they are bogus. Since most of the reviews are shockingly bad, I suspect those few positive ones are fake and have slipped through the net. Get your bank to re-charge your account.

    Hi Charlotte, I did get my money back but had to do so via barclays, I also paid by debit card. I had to return the 90kg faulty trampoline via a courier at my own cost ???? so it left me £50 out of pocket. Most couriers wanted £150 to collect and return... but I used a courier quote site that shares the items you want collecting and send you a quote for what they are willing to pick it up and deliver it for. The whole situation was ridiculous and upsetting.

    Fast delivery and cheap so thought would give it a try. First order food but only ordered t shirts. Second order was two fitted tops I’m always a size 12 have been for years. Got these and omg think they will fit a five year old way too tight. And one of the tops smelt of washing powder so defo not new. After reading the appalling returns service think will just give them to my daughter to wear she’s a size 8 might get into them !

    I have been signed up to 2 subscriptions when tried to cancel Gemma sends a email which has been copied and pasted. I would pay for 1 but not 2 that’s £50 a month on tablet I won’t use. I’m worried if I cancel I will get bailiffs knocking as they have threatened this with other people has anyone actually had any bailiffs letter or anything? Help

    I had no bailiffs or letter off any debt collectors. Fill out an ODR form type in on google. Report to trading standards and citizens advice.

    I too signed up for a free trial of the tablets and then emailed to cancel as decided I won’t use them, I looked for the T&C when I ordered and seen nothing about a 6 month!!! Subscription. A copy and paste response with every email I’ve sent referring back to the terms. I said I will cancel at the bank and Gemma responder with other people have done this and ended up in court. Will I need to cancel my bank card in order for this payment to stop as £20 every 2 weeks is a joke, I have a stock pile of pills too!

    Send all the stuff they've sent out back. Get onto your bank and block payments and get the money they've taken. Report to trading standards and fill out a ODR form

    I did all of this and have had legal letters which are enforceable. Now because of the delayed payments I have to pay anyway and also owe an extra £131 due to interest and admin fees for the collection company. If it’s not paid I am taken to a small claims court. Don’t end up like me just pay it will be cheaper and we also did agree by subscribing.

    Ignore this Holly Meadows girl, shes obviously in the skinny caffee team and trying to put the frightners on. I havent heard nothing from the baliffs. Also cancelled the cards, got a refund and sent items back. I was getting emails ever day but they have slowed down and havent heard from them since the 9th. I say this now and watch me get another email saying the same thing.. just dont respond or entertain them. Theyll get bored :)

    But can't blame your products directly ,may be my diet came in my way..
    But I am quit happy, I will keep it for few more weeks as I am still 79 kgs of weight reduced from 90 kgs.
