Router and broadband activation
Buying the router and setting up the broadband was really easy. All I had to do was enter some information and everything else just worked perfectly. I was impressed by how fast the broadband was, it was even better than I thought. The router arrived when it was supposed to and the broadband was switched on as promised.
Faulty broadband
I've never had such bad customer service in my life. When my broadband went wrong, trying to contact them was a nightmare. The chat line wasn't working, and when I tried to call them, the promise of being "24/7 available" was a complete joke! Finally, after many messages, they rang me, but I couldn't answer at that time, so I asked them to call back in 10 minutes. That was 2 days ago now, and I'm still waiting for them to ring. In the meantime, my speeds are stuck between zero and 8mbs, even though their speed checker says I should be getting 80mbs. I'm so frustrated and really let down by their lack of urgency and efficiency in sorting out my problem.
Fibre Broadband upgrade
I upgraded my regular broadband to fibre with this company around a year ago, and I wish I hadn't. Ever since the upgrade, I've had trouble connecting to services like Netflix, which I'm paying for but can't really use. On top of that, I've been having problems viewing Gmail properly on my screen. It's really annoying to be paying for something that's not working properly, and if these problems aren't fixed soon, I'll have to switch to a different provider.
Quick setup internet service
The customer service is terrible, "Penny" sends misleading emails, and the business connections seem suspicious. Avoid this at all costs.
