Online order
I recently made an online order from this company, hoping for a top-notch product based on its good reputation. Sadly, the item I got was not as good as I expected, so I decided to return it following their return policy. I did everything they asked for, like providing the necessary documents, and UPS said they got the product. However, it's been nearly a month now, and I haven't got my money back for the returned item yet. I've tried lots of times to get in touch with them by phone and email, but no luck reaching any customer service rep or getting a response to my questions. I usually rely on Trustpilot reviews for online shopping, and I regret not checking them for this website. I thought the brand's name would mean a good experience, but I was wrong.

I bought a cake for my mum's 80th birthday from this company, and though it arrived on time, I was disappointed to see that the image on the cake was wonky and covered in black ink spots. I emailed customer service straight away to raise my concerns, but I still haven't heard back. Overall, the whole experience was pretty disappointing, and the quality of the product wasn't up to scratch.

Motorcycle gloves purchased
I bought a pair of motorcycle gloves from this website recently, but when they arrived they turned out to be Ladies size/shape. I was a bit annoyed as this detail was hidden in a chunk of text in the description, rather than being clearly mentioned in the title. I had to pay an extra 3€ for shipping and another 8€ to send them back, and now I'm still waiting for the refund. All in all, not the best shopping experience.

Our holiday rental nightmare
My family and I recently went on holiday and rented a place through this website, and it turned out to be a complete disaster. The property was not in a livable condition - the water was undrinkable, the place was dirty, and the owner's dog kept peeing on everything in what they called our "private terrace", and constantly barking. As if that wasn't enough, there was a smelly poultry farm nearby that attracted swarms of flies all the time. The owner seemed like a hoarder, which was risky for our kids. When I tried to leave a negative review to alert others, Abritel refused to post it, which I think is totally unacceptable!

I purchased tickets for a Christmas lights event, but then I realised that one of my family members would be away on the day I chose. Incompatible car part
Well, I recently bought a car part online thinking it would work for my car, but unfortunately, it didn't. Getting a refund turned out to be a bit of a hassle, which was disappointing. I had to search for reviews on trustpilot.com to work out what steps to take. It would be great if they could make it simpler to check if a part is compatible with your car before making a purchase. Morning Suit Purchase
I got a morning suit for a wedding, but it was a total letdown. The staff at the store were nice when they measured me, and my suit came early. But on the wedding day, I couldn't wear two out of the three pieces. The waistcoat was too small, and the jacket didn't fit at all. I had no choice but to wear a regular suit, and I stuck out as the only non-morning suit usher. I know I should've checked the order, but this was too much. Even though Moss Bros says to report issues four days ahead, they refused to give me any money back from the £179.90 hire cost. Just a heads up for anyone thinking about renting from them!

Ordering online was really easy and I managed to bag some great discounts on my purchase, which was brilliant. Everything went smoothly, and my package arrived without any problems. But, we keep getting bills every month for a service we don't even use anymore. The customer service I received was appalling, I have never encountered such poor service from other companies like MyProtein or Dolphin Fitness. Not only was the service bad, but the prices at Bodybuilding Warehouse are sky high. Charging £39.99 for a 1kg tub of whey concentrate is outrageous. Even with discount codes, the final price remains steep. It makes me question why they bother offering discounts when the original prices are already so inflated.
