Flight ticket
I bought a plane ticket for my daughter on this platform recently. However, there was a mix-up with the timing in the email confirmation. This confusion caused my daughter to miss her flight and it was really stressful and inconvenient for both of us. I tried contacting customer service for help, but the communication was bad and we ended up having to figure things out on our own in a tough situation. The lack of assistance and unhelpful response just made us even more frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience.
Flight tickets for family
This company is a complete rip-off. They don't seem to care about helping their customers at all, they just want to scam you out of your money and tickets. I've been trying to sort out some flight tickets for my in-laws for the past 3 months, but now they can't even fly on the day we booked. Dealing with their customer service has been a nightmare - they just give me useless answers and don't actually help. I wouldn't suggest using this company and I definitely won't be using them again.
Flight booking frustration
Booking a flight on eSky was a complete nightmare. The app was really glitchy and hardly ever worked properly, especially when I needed to speak to customer service. The contact form was useless, it just wouldn't go through. I was trying to book a flight and needed some help, but it was so difficult to get hold of anyone. The whole thing just left me feeling fed up and unhappy. I tried to get in touch with them about a flight, but I couldn't even figure out where they were based.
