    I would like to take this opportunity to compliment a travel assistant called Pat. Due to a death in the family I had to reschedule our travel arrangements. I called Pat on 26/12/20 @ 2045hrs (Melbourne EST). Pat displayed empathy for our plight and assisted us in changing our flight and accommodation details. Pat's empathetic and professional approach has ensured that I will be using EXPEDIA again for future travel. Thank you Pat.
