Booking disappointment
I was really looking forward to booking a holiday cottage, but the company totally disappointed me. I was talking to them about booking a specific place, but when I tried to actually book it, they told me it was already taken. Can you believe it? I thought they would have reserved it for me since we had been discussing it already. Instead, they just said "oops, sorry someone else beat you to it" and suggested other places for me to stay. No way, I'm not going to rely on them again.

Cancelled holiday booking
I had to cancel my holiday because of the Covid-19 travel restrictions. The team sorted out my cancellation promptly and efficiently, and I got my refund back on my credit card in just two days. They were really friendly and made a tough situation feel much easier to deal with.
